I’m so annoyed that I fell for this.
Looks legit and I thought I was dealing with Gatwick Airport buying fastrack.
You then unwittingly subscribe to the company and then they charge you.
Avoid at all costs!

Like another user a few days ago .. I thought I was signing up for FastTrack (through Gatwick) and discovered that not only did they take £12 for the wrong date but then also have taken £79 out of my account.

I have emailed for a refund and can only say “buyer beware”!!

I thought it was the FastTrack for the actual airport . It’ll teach me not to rush but I also think that they are very lacking in transparency .

Doesn’t provide QR straight after paying (did t accept credit card the first 2 times but sit on the 3rd). Hence you think you’ve been duped. Only later when you check does a bar code arrival via email. Too late. After the event. And no idea still if it was legit or not. Terrible user experience.

A FastTrack service that creates extra hassle before you even reach the airport.
I paid for a one-off Newcastle Airport FastTrack pass and was told it would arrive “straight away”. The confirmation arrived without the actual pass, leaving me wondering whether I’d received what I’d paid for. The pass eventually became available a few minutes later—but even then, there was no simple PDF attachment. Instead: click a button, visit a website, download the file.
Why make such a basic transaction unnecessarily irritating? Take the payment, email the pass as an attachment, job done. Your current process turns that into a small obstacle course.
The delay was short; the uncertainty and needless fiddling were the problem. For a service selling convenience, that is a remarkably poor first impression. You’ve made me question whether I’ll bother buying it again.

My experience with this firm in clearing up misunderstanding/ confusion is very positive: they readily issued refunds when my issue was understood. Happy to recommend using their services

Purchased a fast track through Luton airport (as far as i was aware!) But apparently exec pass is its own 3rd party company.

Apparently when you sign up for a fast pass you're signing up to a subscription, I had 4 emails and NOT ONE of them stated I was signing up to a subscription.

I did it in a hurry when I arrived at the airport, we had just had a terrible taxi ride there so I didn't pay enough attention to the fact it wasnt through luton airport.

I woke up today on day 3 of my holiday to a £79 bill!!!

Ive emailed to cancel for a refund (this is within my consumer rights) and to cancel further payments.

DO NOT GET SUCKED IN !!

Only wanted fasttrack passes but then found a further payment connected to a subscription I had not intended to take out and that they had not told me about.

The charges were not made clear to me when I bought the tickets. I have contacted Exec Pass to dispute the payment they have taken. I also demanded that they cancel future subscription which they have.

I would not advise anyone to buy tickets through this site. I am afraid that this is modern scamming.

However I feel as culpable for not reading the reviews first. If I had I would never have used them.

I used Exec Pass to buy two Fast Track tickets. I later received confirmation of a further payment connected to a subscription I had not intended to take out.

The recurring charge was not clear to me when I bought the tickets. I have contacted Exec Pass to dispute the payment, cancel any subscription and ask them to remove my payment details. I have also contacted my bank.

I would advise anyone buying tickets through this site to read the subscription and payment terms carefully before entering their card details.

Looks good but won't be using it till Wednesdays flight.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. Booked fast track for an airport. Got zip files which I can’t open. Got signed into a £70 something a month subscription. Then oddly started getting random companies attempting to take money from my account, the same day I cancelled the subscription I was unaware of. It looks legit, it’s far from it.

I paid for 1 fast pass for Manchester airport, used my credit card thank goodness as £79 appeared on my statement. I did not sign up for a subscription, really frustrating. I now have the hassle of trying to get a refund before my credit card company can act .
