Great Customer Service
Best shop to deal with. One time they even make me pick up my order at VAG ho are literally 7 min from where I live to make is easy for me so I don’t have to drive to Repentiny!

I emailed Exo to inquire regarding…
I emailed Exo to inquire regarding shipping options, and got no response. I decided to purchase anyway since the item was on sale, and was disappointed in the almost $50 shipping cost for a tiny 3"x3" box within Canada, it is almost like they are putting the item on sale and then making up the difference by overcharging for shipping. The item arrived in a pretty reasonable amount of time, but the cost was insane and offset any savings from the sale.
Edit: Thank you very much for fixing the shipping charge, I can see that my account has been credited the $16. I can't find a response to my original shipping question in my junk mail or deleted items, so not sure what happened with that. But you seem like a honest company and I'll likely consider purchasing from you again, Changed to 5 star as I no longer have any complaints.

We’re sorry to hear you felt let down by the shipping cost. Just to clarify, we did respond to your inquiry on Dec 29, offering to manually double-check the shipping cost if you bundled items or created an account—but we never received a reply back.
That said, we went ahead and reviewed your shipping charge anyway. You were charged $44.90, but the actual cost came out to $28.77. We’ve issued a $16.13 refund back to your original payment method to make things right.
Appreciate your honesty—and if you feel the issue has been fairly resolved, we’d be truly grateful if you considered updating your review.

Where is my reimbursement
I canceled my order because they informed me it wouldn't be available until late February. To this day, I haven't received the refund for the order on my card. Additionally, they seem unaware that not all customers speak French, as I'm unable to understand the message when I call. Overall, the service has been unsatisfactory.
I stand by the above review and still waiting for the refund. Even their site says that the order is canceled.
Like I said you have it in the chat the message you sent in regards to the order being not in stock until late February. I replied there 2 times.
Not changing my initial review. I will no longer reply to any more requests to change my review.

Took over 2 weeks to ship
Order did not ship until 2 weeks after it was placed. After reading the fine print, you learn shipping will only take place 6-12 business days after your order was placed. Regardless, it did NOT ship within this delay, and they did not answer or return my call after the delay was exceeded. After sharing my experience with friends, I learned they had also had similar experiences with EXO in the past. Will stay away going forward.

While we do state on our site that regularly stocked products typically ship within 6–12 business days, your order was just slightly outside of that window — and for that, we apologize.
You also mentioned not hearing back from us — however, we did respond to your email the same day it was sent (October 27th), confirming that your order was still within the normal processing time. We're sorry if that reply didn’t reach you as expected.

We're glad the ECS Tuning 2.0T TSI Intake Manifold Lever Arm Fix Kit (ES#3195806) worked out well for you.
You’re absolutely right—one of those set screws can be a bit tricky to reach on certain engine layouts. A ball-end Allen key may helps a lot during installation.

Though it gives a feeling of security, the “nofraud” piece of the ordering transaction isn’t quite as quick to happen… it presented kind of a waiting/guessing game as to the status of the completion of my order. I ordered on Sept 23rd and just received my item on Oct 20th.
