Good Service, very good experience
Had the APR INTAKE SYSTEM and the hatch spoiler extension installed on my MK8 and it was a very good service, Sebastien Riel was very helpful when choosing and setting the appointment, definitely will recommend Exo.

Le service est parfait! Vous répondez rapidement au texto sur messenger, le site est clair! La seul chose peut être à modifier, c'est lorsque l'on commande, les pièces viennent de loins donc c'est normal que c'est plus long à recevoir, mais peur être rajouter des couriels pour nous tenir au courant de où que vois êtes rendu avec notre commande. Sinon 10/10

Un look plus musclé pour mon Q5 2023
J'ai commandé des entretoises de 10mm à l'avant et de 18mm à l'arrière, ainsi que des boulons comme d'origine pour mon Q5 2023. Cela donne à la voiture un look plus musclé et s'adapte parfaitement sans aucune vibration. Le personnel d'exo a été de bons conseils, très serviable, patient et courtois.

Slow delivery
Slow delivery as order was shipped directly from the supplier. Orders typically ship within 2 to 3 business days, but I experienced a delay because of the supplier. Took over two weeks to receive tracking/shipping info, and had asked for this after 10 days with assurance I would receive info once it was available to them. I didn't hear anything further from them until a couple days after I had received the product. Shipping wasn't their fault, however, I didn't feel the communication throughout the order was great either.
