Absolutely incredible service from point of sale, right through to delivery. I left a note at checkout, and promptly received a very kind email with an answer to my question. I would highly recommend this company!
An amazing company to deal with, buy all my ESAB, Bohler and silver solder products off them - all the team are very refreshing to deal with as the industry is stagnant in the Hampshire area - EWS will be my supplier moving forward.
Great Service - Fast Delivery! Bought some Fein Equipment and was impressed with the range and helpful staff at Express Weldcare Service! I will be back.

We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to Bethany. See you next time!

Thank you for the wonderful review, Jo! We love working with your party store and restaurant.
It’s a pleasure to be your trusted source for gases and workshop supplies. We pride ourselves on being a versatile partner for our local businesses, and hearing that you "wouldn't use anybody else" is the highest compliment our team could receive.
We’ll be sure to share your kind words with the whole team. Thank you for being a part of the Express Weldcare family!
As the procurement manager at my company, I have had the pleasure of ordering our gas cylinders from EWS on a weekly basis for the past 10 months. In this time, not only has EWS proven to be a cut above the rest, but they have also become a pivotal part of our operations due to their reliability.
Their website is easy to navigate, making it quick and easy to reorder our usual supplies or find new products. They have all the necessary product details and safety information readily available, which is crucial for us.
When it comes to delivery/turnaround we have been consistently impressed with the prompt delivery times. Orders are dispatched within the promised lead time and arrive on schedule, which is critical to keeping our operations running without interruption.
Customer service is where EWS truly shines. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. You can tell they know their stuff, unlike other companies we have historically dealt with. On the rare occasion, we encountered an issue, their customer service was swift to resolve it to our complete satisfaction.
Safety is paramount in our line of work, and EWS evidently shares this priority. Their gas cylinders and welding equipment comply with all safety regulations, which gives us peace of mind with every purchase.
I highly recommend these guys to any business in need of a dependable and knowledgeable distributor. They have earned our trust and loyalty many times over, and we look forward to continuing our partnership for many years to come.
