Absolutely love this brand
Absolutely love this brand. Very smart looking and strong. I have a couple of leads now. And the doubke d ring collar. Both running leads (lite and standard) that I used for hiking and wearing when pushing a pram with our previous dog (Buddy - Jack Russell x) sadly passed away but has been handed down to our latest addition and still got g strong. Wish you could get a the running lead style but without zero shock as would work better with training our puppy but still love this brand and planning purchasing another lead and collars as our pup grows. The d ring collar is strong... our dalmatian pup has been putting it to the test and its great.

Sent them my faulty lead as they asked
Sent them my faulty lead as they asked, never heard from them again. This is after them saying it's nothing to do with them that the clip is faulty and comes off the dogs harness, despite them manufacturing the lead they said its the shop where I bought the lead from that has to do something.

Thank you for your review.
We previously explained in your previous review from 8 Dec 2023, 'Lead comes off harness - this is a known issue', that you needed to contact us to make us aware of the issue.
We advised that the best course of action was to contact the shop in which you purchased from. In this instance, we are not directly liable due to the sale of purchase. The store in which you had purchased from would have been the decision makers for the product, if they deemed it faulty, it would have been returned to us, and you would of received either a new lead or refund, at your own disclosure.
There could of been a manor of reasons to the clip being faulty, from source, from human error, through transportation etc. This is why it's best to go back to the sale of purchase with a receipt for them to further advise.
Unfortunately, after a while of searching through records, we never recieved your lead, tracking information or anything of relevancy to show the product was sent back to us.
We apologise for any inconvinience caused at this time.

Happy customer for many years
I've been buying EzyDog for our various dogs for many years now.
The recent two, both one year old Cavachons, started off with XS chest-plate harnesses, inherited from others. Its a testament to the product that they last several dogs. As they grew out of these, I purchased X-link for them and found them to be of the same excellent quality as all other products.
The X-link are great for winter and ideal to fit their "headlights" but a bit heavy when the weather is warmer. My most recent purchase has been the chest plate, in the S size. They fit beautifully and I look forward to many more years of happy dogs with comfortable clothes.

The small is on the last adjustment of my jackrussell and shiztzu the chest plate one rubs under the armpits a little but brilliant quality long lasting no escapes so far and I've nearly got the whole collection perfect colours as well need discounts

Quality Products & Amazing service
Excellent service now have 3 different collar and zero shock lead sets, ordered in blue but received a phone call within couple of hours to say it wasnt in stock and would i like a different colour or a refund, chose a different colour arrived next morning.
Amazing service but quality products too.

Awesome product and service
Having spent a bit of time researching and reading reviews I wanted to give my 8 month old puppy the safest travel experience as he moved from a cage in the boot, to becoming a back seat driver with all the excitement of windows, passengers and funny looking buttons and levers.
I opted for the EZYDOG isofix lead and it works a treat. Extremely well made and designed to last, I hope I never find out how well it fares in a crash but it will certainly help restrain my fur baby exactly where I want him!
