Boots at Burghley
I bought a pair of boots while visiting Burghley horse trials. The woman that helped me was excellent and friendly. Even though the stand was very busy she took the time to make sure everything was just right for me, happy to collect different sizes/styles when requested. I never felt rushed. I love my Fairfax and favor pieces and I love adding to my collection!

Fairfax & Favor are one of the brands I love to purchase from. Having purchased my Finsbury bag on an earlier shopping trip I wanted to make sure that I kept it in its pristine condition, hence my latest purchase of the leather balsam. At the Horse trials we received excellent customer service, drinks and sax music as we shopped - I came away with my lovely new bag and would definitely purchase again as an all round pleasant experience despite it being the 4th day the staff had been working flat out at the show

My husband bought me the Victoria Coat…
My husband bought me the Victoria Coat over the winter, and I have to say, it is exceptional. The craftsmanship genuinely blew me away, and that experience made me particularly excited to make another purchase from you.
I recently saw the Finchley Pumps and thought they would be perfect for a city visit to Boston. They are absolutely beautiful and, aesthetically, exactly what I was looking for.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the quality of the soles. When wearing them, they feel surprisingly hollow, to the point that I actually checked them several times while walking to make sure there wasn’t something wrong with them.
It’s a real shame, as after my experience with the Victoria Coat, I had expected the same level of quality and craftsmanship throughout. The soles feel comparable to those on some of my cheaper-end pumps, which was particularly disappointing given the price point and my previous experience with the brand.
I hope this feedback is helpful, as I genuinely love the design. However, I would have expected a more substantial, premium-quality sole to complement the beautiful finish of the shoes, particularly given that I intended to wear them for walking around a city. At present, I’m not convinced they will be the right choice for that purpose.
