FAKRO GB Opiniones

Happy with my new FAKRO blinds. Superbly fitted - delighted

Very good customer service and their technical department were very helpful.

Fantastic customer support from Abigail. Was unsure on sizes for my Fakro windows but a few emails later and correct products ordered.

Very good Quality, very pleased with them

Online customer service from "Sarah" was superb. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for on the site via the chat function. Sarah sent me a link to the exact blind I was after, and when the size I needed wasn't there, she sent me a a different link with that size added to my cart essentially. Super slick, quick and helpful. Loved it. Fakro customer service for the win (BRITISH GAS take note!).

Really good experience, speak to the customer service and she sent link to what I needed order, smooth and quick process.

Good aftercare when required. Fast quotations.

Fakto FTP-V/C P2 78 x 140 with J Kit Slate - We are refurbing a listed Manor House and have used Fakro's conservation roof lights to replace old victorian roof lights on 2 of the wings so far. Fakro's rep Noel was excellent to deal with every time.

We also used the Quad glazed roof lights on a modern ecobuild. These windows are easy to fit and are very good quality. Delivery times from order were very fast and price was good. I have used various other manufacturers over the last 20 years but my first choice now is Fakro, which I recommend to all of my clients.
