I ordered gold and silver almond and they arrived on time but I have not tasted them

The chocolate has melted due to the hot weather. However they sent out a new package straight away.

Ordered 3 bonbonniere in 260g, in floral, blue and gold and received the same design for floral and gold. Was disappointing as was expecting different designs as per options. Ordered 1 130g in floral and received a red one. Not sure why there is an option selection if we won't be receiving something similar to the option. I realise the photos are for illustration purposes and there might be some differences but very disappointing, especially since these products are supposed to be higher-end items. Haven't heard back from customer service either. So will not be buying again.

I ordered chocolates during the heatwave. I live in the north where it is cooler and didn't think about the implications. Fortunately Farhi did and they held back the order until the weather cooled a bit and they were sent overnight. They arrived in good condition.. Thanks.

We placed two orders at the same time so reviewing as one.

One direct order delivered really quickly but the other took much longer so we had to use a backup gift in the end which was disappointing (we ordered it home to take over to friends ourselves).

Not tried items as purchased to gift. Nice quality items but unfortunately now realise the offer was because they were trying to clear very short dated items. They should have been honest about this as we sent this as a gift online to a family
Member so a bit embarrassing especially as there were literally 3-4 days left on the expiry date. I did contact the company re this but over 2 weeks later not had anything back.
