Website was totally unresponsive to my efforts to place an order. To make matters worse, the so-called customer care number only connected me to a young woman who had absolutely no knowledge of the products advertised on the website.
All in all, a fruitless and frustrating experience.

I always have a great experience when shopping with Rita Farhi. There products are beautiful. The only thing I can fault them on this occasion is that my voucher code to receive 10% did not work which was disappointing. I did send Rita Farhi an Email but I have had no response from your company.

Really impressed with arrival time and packaging. The truffles are for Christmas present so will get info when tasted.

Cannot rate this company high enough .Having received many of their products via presents from others I was that impressed that I too have since made purchases as gifts.Their Bonbonnieres are so pretty and can be filled with a delicious choice of scrumptious chocolates when consumed it then leaves you with a really lovely jewellery container. Such a good buy.xxx

A beautifully presented box of firm, crunchy brazil nuts coated in the best dark chocolate. Not too sweet!

Absolutely stunning, tasty products, especially the dark chocolate ginger. Fabulous customer service and nothing was too much trouble. Will never buy from a third party anymore, just direct from the company.
