Ordered from them with a shipping date with in 2 weeks. Over 3 weeks later it never shipped. I asked for a refund since they had no explanation for it not shipping and a week later they haven't got around to refunding me. Horrible customer service and they are holding my payment with out sending the product.

I am very pleased I found Farm Foods Market, so far the only supplier i can get quality products and many choices of organ meat which i ve been looking for everywhere. I like to make my own pate and give my dogs a nutritional boost cooking organ meat for them. I have tried farmfoods beef and pork so far and i tested the purity using ozonator. if you grab meat from grocery store and ozonate it, you will see sticky, gross foam coming out of the meat but nothing came out of farmfoods produce. so far i had one problem with my order being damaged during transport and i must say i was amazed with their customer service. as soon as i contacted them everything was taking care of, nearly instant respond, very professional stuff, i wish everyone would care about their customers like Farm Foods Market does.

I placed a large meat order, it all arrived packed appropriately and frozen, even after shipping across the country. The meat was cheaper than going to my grocery store and is so delicious.

I placed my order on a Saturday and came the following Thursday morning. Farm Foods kept me informed the whole way. My order was frozen solid still, even some dry ice still left. My Grandson and I made fog with it in kitchen sink he loved it. He and I had the burgers for Dinner, grilled they were great. Looking forward to trying the rest. You make it very easy to order. 3 orders 3 no shows on arrival dates!!!
I have contacted farm foods each time and a very nasty young woman has talked down to me telling me they have nothing to do with shipping, arrival dates or the informing of said dates. We ship when we ship it arrives whenever, not when your email says it will, and they cannot nor will they do anything about it...just shut up and wait for weeks on end until you are unpleasantly surprised!

Excellent quality and service. Very happy with FarmFoods as a source for Grass Fed, Free Range meat products as well as Ocean Caught salmon.

I ordered a beef pack that had a few roasts (will receive at least 1 of the following type thing) and some beef bones. I was going for some cross cut beef shanks for OssoBucco because the only place I can get them is at Whole foods and they are mighty pricey. I dont eat many steaks anymore but love slow cooked stews and caudillo (desert southwest) The cuts I received were out of this world! I got a chuck eye roast, chuck eye is my absolute favorite steak to begin with, a whole roast is heaven! I got rump and chuck and cross cut shanks and I forget what else but it was so worth it to me!. Now I have read a lot of the negative reviews on the this site and people forget that grass fed beef is a lot leaner and not as tender as grain/corn fed because of the lower fat content in the meat. So you have to cook it at lower heat or have a shoe leather steak. Having been raised on Monfort beef in colorado, I know the difference between the two and how to cook them. Also, I read many negative reviews about speed of shipping, especially on larger orders. People have to realize they have to wait until they slaughter another cow so sometimes it takes time to get what you ordered. They may not have anything ready for market for a few weeks. Cattle dont dispense on demand. Just like any of us, what they have in the freezer is what they have to sell at that moment in time. Time your large purchases to slaughter time and you will be much happier. Order a little beef fat to help add some fat to your pan and take it low and slow and you will have the best beef possible. Of course, Im a westerner and used to western beef, ate a very pricey steak in NYC at a very pricey restaurant and to me, it was horrible. Dad's was the same way. It what you are used to eating. In my book, this beef is exactly the way it should be and taste!

It was the first and last time I buy meat from them. The Styrofoam container that the meat was shipped in arrived missing a huge piece and taped closed. Because of that, much of the meat was unfrozen. One of the sausages came with an opened bag. I emailed the customer service, and it was a negligence on their part, as they apparently barely read my email with photos of the product and the box, explain the situation, without answering other questions I had written. I’m still working in this situation, requesting refund and hopefully they can at least respect me as a consumer and do what they supposed to do.

First time using FarmFoods. This is the only company I could find Green New Zealand Mussels, frozen and shipped to me in dry ice. Product is as advertised, fresh and ready to use in my multiple seafood dishes. Product is "as advertised" and a life saver to me, because I cannot get "mussels" anywhere within a thousand miles of where I live in Michigan.

This was my first time ordering a meat package online. I was more than pleased. Everything came frozen & vacuum packed. I had no issues or problems. This is definitely the way to buy meat. After a slight learning curve on cooking grass fed meat...my family & I are up and running. We are very pleased with our purchase.

We ordered wild salmon pk. for $99. The salmon arrived late leaking out of packaging. It smelled so bad that we had to throw it out. We wrote to complain about it several times. Just placed my fourth order, the food arrives packed in dry ice, and the chicken, beef and salmon have been consistently better than what I find in the premium food markets in my area, and more reasonably priced, too. Will be stocking the freezer with lots more of your excellent meats in the future, thanks!

We were treated like... some kind of thieves when we immediately reported that order" had NOT been delivered to our door" at time reported it would arrive... As, FarmFoods provided constant and repeated contradictions and allegations ---without any follow-up other than taking our money in response. be aware!

Superior customer service! I was very pleased to have my first order arrive on time and well-preserved. The selection is great and the delivery convenient, especially now. My second delivery was delayed which was a major cause for concern during the summer heat, but FarmFoods customer service reached out and smoothed things over. Thanks again!!

Placed an order including payment for expedited shipping If the order ever arrives I'll rate the product. Find another company...plenty out there.

Ordered product September 1, today is September 14. Can’t reach anyone as they have no phone number listed. Customer service on website is useless. Be careful of getting scammed out of your money
