So order me and my granny these boots took like a month to receive only to get one pair they supposed to had refunded me for my granny boots still haven’t received my refund then they don’t even tell you why it was refunded are which size boot that was refunded. But most importantly my shoes finally came I was shocked because it didn’t come in a shoe box just wrapped in plastic I thought that the packing could have been soo much better presentation is key for me probably won’t order anything else.

Do not spend your money on this website. The two pairs of shoes I ordered look nothing like the shoes in the pictures. They are so cheap and just terrible.

Had to pick up shoes. Delivered to a "happy endings" massage place. Shoes too small and made of plastic. DO NOT ORDER FASHION SHOES!!!!!!

If given the option I would not have given 1 star. The customer service is horrible the quality of the shoes is garbage they will not honor their return policy and offered me 40.00 to keep their shoes. Worst experience ever I will definitely never shop here again!!!

BEWARE!!!! Horrible...DO NOT order from here!!! I order 2 pair of boots and neither are even close to what was pictured. They are cheap plastic and literally look like they are going fall apart. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE quality, going try for a refund. So disappointed I ordered 2 pair!!!!

Do not order from here! They will send you a different shoe than pictured and tell you its the same shoe and then refuse you a refund. Look somewhere else

I ordered 3 pairs of sneaker, the quality was some garbage and the size was way off. When I asked them for a refund they replied that they don’t give refunds but on the website it says if you return them in 7 days from receipt, you can return them. All Liars this company. Don’t waste your money or time. 👎🏻👎🏻

This is the biggest scam/joke of a company. The shoes I got were so far from what I ordered it's actually comical. I could get better quality and cuter shoes at the dollar store. Not even worth fighting them for a $35 refund. DON'T ORDER THEIR PRODUCTS. Save your money.

I ordered two pairs of boots. They are not as pictured from the website, especially the ones I got for my wedding. They are supposed to be white with silver and instead they are off white with weird silver etching. I sent them pictures requesting a refund and they said they are as pictured and maybe the lighting is the reason and offered me $10! Awful awful awful! Do not use them!

I've wanted Christian Louboutin for awhile now. Even though these shoes are not the name brand my order turned out to be awesome. My shoes looks beautiful. Remember you must order about a half size larger but it's the exact same way with the designer. It took about a month for my shoes to come in but they're still beautiful. I do recommend this site and I hope it goes well for you as well💓💗

I ordered my girl some shoes trying to surprise herald after about a week and a half and they didn't show up I got worried so I came on Google and read the reviews and say to my self damn I done lost that lil bit. Then bam today they came in and I was shocked but so happy and my girl loves them

I didn't mean to order from here I had several tabs open for shopping, once I realized my mistake I read the reviews and felt serious dread.
Y'all it worked out I'm shocked I got my boots even though they said it was still in Hong Kong it came to my door after I had given up hope and drafted an angry email was about to call my credit card company.
They aren't exactly what I ordered by this time I expected that after reading about them and was happy I got anything, turns out their exactly what I need for the event I planned for and I had ordered from 3 separate places these boots were the cheapest they stressed me out although perfect for my outfit and guess what they are the exact size I ordered and are comfortable.
They look like they may not last long although I only need them for a day so I'm not to concerned about the discoloration in the heels or the value of the fabrics.
I'm satisfied and feel lucky this week 😉

Absolutely do not order from here. I ordered gray boots with a 4 inch heel and received brown boots with a 1/2 inch heel!

I sent them a photo of what I received saying it wasn’t what I ordered and they claimed it was “the same as the online photo” which was laughable because it was completely different. They have said I am not allowed to return the item even though online it says within 7 days returns are allowed. It’s a complete scam STAY AWAY.

I recently ordered a pair of black sparkly tennis shoes w/ “bling” around the bottom of the shoe. Upon receiving I noticed that they looked NOTHING like the picture on their website and looked cheaply made, not only that, they were too small. I emailed them about it (within the 7 days of receiving them) they responded saying send pics of the the shoes, I did saying also they are too small and I can’t fit nor wear them (I wear a size 8 - 8 1/2 in U.S. sizes). They responded back send a pic of my foot along a tape measure, did that. Again responded back saying I ordered an 8 1/2 and I should’ve ordered a 10. Never in my life I wore a size 10 shoe!!! Also pasted their link about the refund policy. I answered back letting them know I can not FIT nor WEAR the shoes and to send the address to return them, and the shoes are a defect since they are the wrong size. They keep responding back saying their website is true to size and I should’ve ordered a 10 and not 8 1/2 and the link about the return policy. I normally don’t have an issue when I order stuff from over seas (China), but my guards are up now. NEVER AGAIN!!! They need to be put out of business!!!

I wish there were zero stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. they are scammers and should not be in business. They take three weeks to send an order and tell you that you have only 7 days to return from date of offer. There quality is really bad and the color isn't the color it shows in the picture. You will regret if you order from another country. This place needs to be closed for good.

I accidently order the wrong style of shoe. I messaged them right after. Told them my mistake. Two days later they responded saying they sent them. I then told them I was going to return the shoes I paid $10 to return the shoes I have the receipt and it says it was delivered to the same location as their store is in California and they said they never got my shoes so they are not going to refund me my $60 and I am a single mother of a two and three year old and I don't have time to play games with these people so I contacted PayPal they didn't even help me so just to let you know you're not going to get quality shoes for the money you pay and her not going to refund you they're that hard up for $60. And when I asked them if they had received my shoes according to my receipt they told me they didn't and best regards so basically they told me bye and sorry they're not going to help me are you on and it's not like PayPal will help you oh well good honest people are the ones always get screwed over
