I'm so pissed I order a pair of she's and the look nothing like the picture or quality dad and it had a dad chemical smell. They had the nerve to tell
Me it looks like the picture and the smell will go away bull s...I will be taking futher action toward them and report them to customs/ BBB.

I just ordered from this site without checking the reviews first, i just seen some cute boots i wanted to give to my mother for her bday this coming weekend. I HOPE MY ORDER IS CORRECT AND THE BOOTS ARE EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE. All of these BAD reviews with no reply from the seller is scary. Lets make a change and yall can do right by me so i can give a GOOD review.... fingers crossed.

Ok i received my boots for my mother today and she was happy so I'm happy. About the boots its a little lighter in color then expected the front of the shoe is not as solid as I would like but overall it look good on my mom feet and it look like the picture yaaay!

NEVER BUY FROM FASHIONSHOESHOUSE!!! I received my order of what looked like a cute pair of backless wedges, but, they were more like a cheap replica of a shoe - imitation leather, a sole made of completely rigid material, so that walking in them would be like walking in wooden clogs, and with a cork wedge that was completely hollow!! They were also too wide for my foot. When I emailed Fashionshoeshouse to request a refund, this was the email they sent me: "Please send us a photo of measuring your feet and shoes size using a ruler. It is needed to process the size problem. Below is a photo of measurement example, please send us photos like this," showing a photo of a foot next to a measuring tape. Doing this would not solve the width problem, firstly, so it was a frivolous request, and a stall to my refund request. And worst, it implied dishonesty on my part. Most importantly, if you do/did order from them, dispute the transaction with your credit card company, which told me they are, unfortunately, familiar with problems with merchandise and service with Chinese companies.

these look NOTHING like the photos. false advertising. don't waste your money

I never write reviews. But this situation just deserves it. I ordered black shoes and they sent me brown shoes. I sent the pictures of both and they told me it was correct. They will not refund my money and they lie. Do not fall victim to these crooks.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were supposed to be Sam Edelman. They came from China with no label in our worth about two dollars. This is nothing but a scam

Horrendous experience with fashion house shoes! My regretful purchase was back in 8/20. I'm reiterating their tremendous unbelievable false advertisement, exceedinly poor quality, and horrible customer service. If you don't want to waste time, money and energy don't order from fashion house shoes. They really should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people!

I ordered a winter jacket from this company in size XL and after 5 weeks I finally received it only to find out that it’s nothing like in the picture!! And I can even put my arm in the sleeve!! The tag says XL but it obviously a jacket for a teenager size small!! I’m so upset because they don’t process refunds!! Please, don’t waste your money on this fake website!!!😡😡😡😡😡

I just read the reviews on fashion shoe house or a few of them and I'm highly highly upset I'm highly mad about it they don't answer the phone they don't reply to emails and I've been waiting for myself more than 5 weeks I paid $150 and if that s*** doesn't look like what the picture I'm going to blow my top

I ordered some boots for Bike Week in Daytona, Fl and it was last week. I have been waiting a total of 5 weeks and track the shipment daily and the order has been sitting in Hong Kong for 2 weeks. I will never order from this place again and will never recommend this place to anyone ever.

Shoes took way to long and are poorly poorly made DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from this company. 3 pairs I never even received in the mail and yet customer service refused to give me a refund. The 4th pair of shoes I ordered took weeks to arrive and looked absolutely nothing like advertised. They were extremely cheap material. It was shocking. I was again told I would not be issued a refund and could not return even though the website says they have a 7 day return policy. This company is robbing people. The products are falsely advertised. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again.

GREAT BUY! I read all the reviews after I placed my order and tried to intercept but was unsuccessful and so glad. My order was delivered within 2 weeks. I bought a pair of bootie, moccasin s for my granddaughter. She is going to love them. I love them so much, I am going to order another pair for my other g-daughter and maybe a pair for myself. Great quality, great buy.

Shoes look used and worn with details peeling. Other than the color matching there is nothing resembling the product received and the website picture. This company is definitely misleading and uses false advertising. Their return policy is a joke. Do NOT order from this company.

DO NOT order from this site! They’re scamming people out of money. I ordered a pair of cowboy boots for my wedding and STILL have not received anything. 3 months ago!
I’ve emailed them and get the response that shipping is delayed but they were shipped out. Lying SOB
They also gave a bogus tracking number.

Shoes look used & worn this company is definitely misleading & false advertising I took photos of the shoes and stated I wasn’t satisfied and wanted a refund I was offered $5 a slap in the face after paying $44 for shoes that had rips and glue on it look like my daughter made the shoe DONT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE

Please do not order from this site. They are a scam! I ordered from them in March and still have not received my order. I email them asking where it is and I get the same email over and over saying it was delivered. Well that's interesting, because it was not! Out of that money and it is heartbreaking. I just don't want anyone else to go through this.
