This is totally scam and I lost 80 dollars. Hope someone can ban this site

If I could leave 0 stars i would! Never order from this place. Just wanted a simple delivery for my lady and it took two days with bull**** back and forth contacting regarding drop off and them saying "sorry but you missed our first day delivery time" my ass I did! After trying to reschedule all they did was refund me thank christ but these people are useless and big waste of time! 0 stars I give them

I ordered flowers and never received them. I have waited over 2 weeks to receive a refund and have not received it. I have tried contacting so many people with no responses. Do not waste your money ordering from here.

This shop is a scam, and it's a shame to see it on Google search as one of the trusted flowershops!
I have ordered for my sister's bday, the only email i got from them, was the payment transaction confirmation.
The order never arrived, i called them, it was an IVR, i sent them an email, and submitted a form on the website but no one ever replied!

This website needs to be reported as a fraud.

Ordered Sunday for Monday delivery didn’t even get a confirmation…and they didn’t deliver until Wednesday! 30$ in service fees and this is the service you put out? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PERIOD!

This company is a scam as many have highlighted here. I made the mistake to place the order first to then research more about its services. I have been trying to call them for days about my order and was never able to talk to anyone. I have only received one communication from them so far, a day after the flowers were supposed to be delivered. I highly recommend avoiding this company's services. It's a shame that this is one of the top searches on Google.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day & they never showed up when I emailed them they said they could deliver them the next day & I said it would have to be after 5pm then they just refunded my order I would never order off this company + it is in USD

Fast delivery florist is a Fradulent Scam.

They advertise in Canada, but charged the credit card in American. Flowers were not delivered. Their 1-800 number goes to Voicemail. They don't send you a tracking number. So many other things I can mention.

Call you Bank, and cancel the payments. Call the local District Attorneys office, and a local prosecutors office. These people need to be taken down.

I also did various searches on them, and they are defiantly a scam. Their website is listed with a fake name, etc.

Because this criminal activity crosses international borders, I've reported this to INTERPOL.

Well I've also reported them to the legal departments

My order came exactly the same day that I requested. Beautiful flower arrangements.

I ordered flowers, and it took just 2 days for them to deliver them from Tustin, CA to Vancouver Island. They are beautiful. I'm not sure what others are complaining about.

A $38.24 Bouquet came to $63.93 but my CC was charged $83.92.
They were delivered a day late and not in the vase I chose!
I wrote the company without reply!
Never again!

Horrible, did not get the flowers delivered like they said they would.

My brother passed away in February I ordered flowers from this site where I could not attend his funeral because of cov 19 restrictions. The funeral was in Nova Scotia and I'm in ontario, I ordered on the 24 to be delivered on the 25 Sad to say they were not delivered.If I wouldn't of checked with a family member, they wouldn't of been delivered.I received an email saying they were when they weren't and was still charged the money for them.I contacted the site finally they agreed they weren't delivered. The flowers were finally delivered on March 6 six days later The flowers were to be used at the funeral which they weren't because the funeral was on Feb 27th. Yes the flowers were finally delivered but again not on the date 6 days late and if I wouldn't of checked I would of been charge for no flowers the company never offered a refund for their mess up they just delivered the flowers 6 day later very poor business 😢

Absolutely terrible. I wish it would simply allow me to add pictures on here. What you get is a few half dead flowers that look like total crap. They do not look like the arrangement you ordered even in the slightest. Totally different flowers. I even spent the extra $$ to get the "better bouquet" and it was the worst arrangement of flowers I've ever seen.

I ordered flowers for my daughter, what was delivered was not what was ordered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Flowers delivered were already wilting and there was so much fern trimmings in the vase of water, it was very unpleasant. Additionally, I paid an extra 20$ for "Premium" and it basically gave me 1 additional flower, ridiculous! Was not happy to see I was charged US funds either. 155$ for 4 wilted sunflowers, a small stuffed toy and a vase full of weedy, green water. Will not be buying from them again and DO NOT RECCOMEND.

It was delivered strictly on time as I have requested. Flowers were beautiful as shown on the website picture. Care in handling superb. I am very Thankful that they made my family feel comforted as I am accros another continent and is’ny able to be with them during this very painful time in our Family.

Ordered some flowers for a birthday and they canceled my order at the last minute with zero explanation why and left me with no time to get flowers from someone else.

Ordered from Canada at around 1:00PM, flowers were delivered around 4:00PM same day. Recipient loved them.
The website was unclear that the prices were in USD and we would be charged the conversion rate, but they do delivery same day fast service. The previous comments worried me, but the end result was absolutely great.

This is a terrible company that takes advantage of people and steals the joy from people by not delivering flowers. I sent flowers to my sister for her birthday and they never arrived. They even sent an email to say they were delivered. If you deal with this company contact your visa to get a refund. Because this company is quite happy to steal money from anyone they can. I am absolutely disgusted. They also do not answer their 1-800 number that they provide. They send a generic email back with no effort to help you.
I hope this helps someone before they make the same mistake that I did.
