I placed an order and received basically dead flowers. Have tried to contact the 1-800 (voicemail only) and wrote a contact us email and have yet to hear anything. Extremely bad service for $100 charge

I would of gave a zero star. Ordered flowers at 9 am for a delivery that was very important to me that was to be delivered by 3. . Got an email around 1 pm that my money was refunded. No Time to order new ones to be delivered by the to e I needed them. Horrible. Tried calling and emailing. Nothing. Don't ever trust this "company"

Buyers beware
Buyers beware, this company's customer service number is just a number. I reached out over 5 times to get information in a order I placed at before 9 am the previous morning. I wouldn't take the chance with this company, luckily what I ordered was for a special day and needed because this company charges a handling fee that's outrageous for the lack of customer service it provides. Others who's had a good experience, congratulations because this company sucks.

Valentines Day gift, not delivered.
I ordered flowers, chocolate and a balloon to my girlfriend's house 5 days prior to be delivered on Valentines Day, amounting to almost $100 CAD. The delivery never showed up and meanwhile the order was marked as complete on their website. I wrote a complaint and got an automated response saying that they'll look into it. Update: I just got an email saying that my money will be refunded. Update 2: I've now gotten my money refunded.
