Placed an order and they did not deliver or contact me regarding delivery. Two days later I requested a refund. I don't think my order was processed. Stay away from this company, there are better ones.

Very disappointed in thinking that I was ordering through Canada. Nowhere did it alert me to the fact that I would end up paying in American funds. Bottom line, the receipt should have indicated so. My invoice shows $68.63; billing on my credit card shows $90.73. No one ever answers the 1-800-546-0377 number.
This is not acceptable!!!!

Wish I could leave zero stars for this company.

I’ve never dwelt with a company like this before. Ordered flowers for my aunt’s 87th birthday. We live in Europe and she in the USA. On her birthday, I just assumed she had received them. When I didn’t hear from her, I called a couple of days later. She received no flowers. I was mortified and to be honest, angry. When I looked at the tracking provided, it said the order was still being processed. Next communication was to say they returned the money to my account. Hopefully that might happen, have to wait and see.🤷‍♀️
Surely there must be a regulatory body who can challenge this fraudulent companie.
I just can’t believe, on reading the comments other’s have posted, how they are allowed to continue to trade.

I ordered the flowers for someone who lost her husband due to cancer and these people lied send an email said it was delivered and when I checked they never received it and when I called they said oops sorry we're going to deliver it and then nothing came places completely fraud

Placed an order Dec 21. No delivery. No responses to email tracing and phone is always a msg only. I think this could be fraudulent and recommend choosing another floral service like FTD.

I orders flowers on Nov 26 for $63 got charged $83. it is now December 1 and flowers are not delivered I will not order flowers from this company ever agin

This company is not who they lead people to believe. Smells bad. Placed an order and it was canceled on me. Very disappointed. Stay away from this company. Will see if I get a refund or will have to send the Credit company after them.

The flowers weren't even close to the arrangement I picked. The price went from 38.99 to 101.00 cdn. Sent two emails with pics of what I ordered what was delivered. No response horrible do not waste your money.

Il modulo di richiesta di rimborso on-line non si apre e il telefono è finto.

What a complete waste of time, money and effort! They don't deliver anything and then when you complain they ignore your emails!
Sadly, with no consumer protection system in place in Canada there isn't really anything victims of fraud can do which means that companies such as fastdeliveryflorist.com continue to flourish!

Unfortunately can’t rate lower than 1 star. Ordered a birthday bouquet for my girlfriend. Order status kept changing from awaiting fulfillment to processing. Called them middle of business hours, phone rings once then you get an automated message saying they can’t take your call but leave a message. Left a message asking what was up, they sent an email saying my order was going out for delivery sometime before 6PM. A few hours later I check the status and they just cancelled and refunded the order without saying a word to me. What a terrible company

This company is a fraud. Beware when you give them your credit card information. I ordered flower for my boyfriend’s birthday who is in the hospital and they never delivered it!!!

I ordered on 6/1/2021 early morning to be delivered the next day at a school. They never brought the flowers. They then said they would deliver to persons home address and would be there by 6 pm and never showed. I emailed them at 9 pm and then the order was suddenly cancelled. No response to any of my emails and no one answered the 1-800 number nor call me back. Do not use!

This is the worst service I've ever had with a florist. Do not return calls or emails and seem to ignore any concerns once they have your money! Never again will I use this service or recommend to anyone!

Absolutely horrible. I’m not sure if this website is a scam or just a completely useless company. DO NOT USE. My order is currently 2 days late, marked as Complete on the website, and still hasn’t arrived. Zero customer service. Do not order anything from this company!

This company claims Same Day Delivery and trust me they do not keep their word this is a false advertisement. I ordered Mother's Day flowers on Saturday early May 8th and by May 10th the flowers still were not there. I sent a message through their contact, I tried calling and no one picks up the phone and then they just canceled my order AFTER I told them to continue and just get Flowers to my mother, they outright canceled it without me canceling it. I asked for a callback and no one returned my calls. I cannot get a live person to pick up the phone. They just ruined my entire Mother's Day. They sent me an email saying "Please let us know if you’d want to continue. Thank you" And then no place to let them even know! I replied with a response not even knowing if that's where I needed to contact them. They were going to deliver the flowers today May 10th and then canceled my order themselves without my consent I never told them to cancel my order and they went ahead and did it anyway without even talking to me leaving me with nothing but a waiting period of 5-7 days to get my money back. Order #28452 was placed on May 8, 2021 and is currently Cancelled
