Staff Morale
I have visited a number of Fat Face stores around the UK. The staff are generally friendly and show an interest in customers. However, this is not the experience I have recently had more than once in the Fat Face Bromley shop. Staff have been off-hand and the impression on me is that they are very unhappy. As I say, this is not the case elsewhere so I am wondering whether there is a particular difficulty in Bromley. Having said that, the merchandise is invariably of a high quality.

recently picked up a dress from FatFace in Bromley, and I’m genuinely impressed. The design is beautiful, simple yet elegant and it fits so comfortably that it’s perfect for all-day wear. The fabric feels soft and high-quality, and the cut is really flattering.
Definitely one of those pieces that makes you feel good the moment you put it on. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and helpful
I often buy things at FF and they are good quality and not overpriced. Recently I ordered an item online and paid for the delivery. Had to return it though (too small) and ordered a bigger size. I was very happy to see that my return included my delivery costs! 🤩

So easy to order online and collect in store and save on postage, ensure they have your size, and still have a browse while in store. Always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome in the shop. Very pleased with my new coat, which I collected. Looked even better in real life than online.
