I love Fat Face and shop in store…
I love Fat Face and shop in store regularly. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Also very easy to order online and no quibble returning things that aren't suitable. Quality is always good.

Bought this skirt on line and very happy I did. The fabric is soft and comfortable to wear. Perfect fit and length. It looks great on and very easy to coordinate. Very good value.

Recent online orders dealt with efficiently . Also had to return an item which was also very straightforward. Collected from local store where staff were very helpful.

Well made shirt delivered quickly and was able to pick up at local post office, as delivered by Royal Mail as no one was home, on first delivery attempt . Great vivid coloured shirt , and purchased in one of their 50% sales, so all good , many thanks

Fatface delivery
I ordered two items in the sale to be delivered to my local shop. I was impressed with all of the notification I received from Fatface. My parcel was delivered to the store as expected and the staff were happy for me to try on the items I purchased.

The young girl assistant in the Exeter…
The young girl assistant in the Exeter shop went to a lot of trouble to find jeans to suit me. She was honest about which ones fitted (or didn’t fit) me and tried contacting other branches before saying I would need to go online to get my size.
Those in the Exetershop were on sale at half price, but when I went online at home I had to pay the full price - why?

New jeans, New me
I had a wonderful experience in my local Fat Face. I was greeted with a team of friendly faces who were on hand to help whenever needed. In particular Shannon was extra helpful when it came to finding the right size and the right style of jeans that I was looking for that day. I regularly visit this store and always have a good visit. Thank you.
