I made the purchase online to be collected from my local Fatface store. I felt very assured by the staff that I could try the garment on instore and if it didn't fit or unsuitable, they would deal with the return. That made me more inclined to buy it. The on line purchase was quick and easy with an email letting me know it was ready for collection. Good service from both on line and in store.

Love FatFace clothes. Good quality and last for....ever! I wish they were slightly cheaper though. Great sale options... when there's a sale.
