Extreme helpful assistant in the Ilkley store. Unfortunately I didn't see her name tag. However, the young lady went above and beyond to solve my issue and was very resourceful. 10 out 10 service.

Great website
Very easy to use website with good descriptions and good photos of the items. Simple ordering process and free collection from my local store. I prefer to shop online rather than in store, but when I collected my parcel from your Ilkley shop I was able to have a look around, which was also good.

Your asking me to review an order that as yet not arrived. I feel very frustrated that I ordered has still not arrived to the store! Albeit not the stores fault, the delivery service needs reviewing. Very disappointing.

Lovely clothes. Great customer service.
bought 4 items on line. had to return 2 items as they didn't suit me. Took them back to store where the staff were amazing [Ilkley] My account was refunded. the items I retained are really nice.

Lovely service with a smile
When I went collect my click and collect order I was greeted politely and received my parcel promptly with thanks and a smile.
The online experience had been straightforward and the email to tell me the order was ready to collect came through very quickly.
