I tried on the lovely Kara all-cotton top on half price sale in the shop, it was a flattering fit (ruching on the bust and the slightly shorter length siited my petite frame), so I bought it, found the same style in a different colour online so I bought that too.
Whilst online, I also ordered the burgundy Valerie velvet top (with sweetheart neckline), also on half price sale, which will be good for next year's Xmas parties.

Fatface clothes are of great quality with a boho chic vibe.
Delivery and click n collect services are quick and notifications are sent right through the process of buying.

Very satisfied with what we’ve bought, & secure in the knowledge that we can return the item that didn’t fit.

Today I visited this store and needed help locating several items I had been asked for by my son. Although I found the shop a little pokey I felt the staff were very helpful and the products of a high standard , I was helped by two young girls one in stripes and one in a green purple festive looking top , who located my items. Very friendly very efficient. Will go back soon l.

I was looking for a jumper for my lovely wife in the kingston branch. The customer service was great in helping me find a jumper, and order it to my house. I recall the employee telling me her name was Chelsea, she was very helpful and kind i definitely will be shopping back there again

I got my slippers and they were the wrong size but the staff at the Kingston branch were so helpful ringing around to get me some and held them at another store . I was able to go and collect my perfectly fitting slippers

Efficient, quick and reliable

Shop in your new store, that had only been open for two days. The staff were all very friendly and approachable. Great range of clothes, clearly displayed and every size was available. As usual a high quality of garment and for the quality reasonable priced.

They were very different from my original ones I bought … in the fit and the feel…

Whether I am using their click and collect service or shopping in store it is always a good experience. Great quality goods and pleasant helpful staff. A winning combination!

I had to sadly return one item to new store in Kingston. Beautiful store with friendly helpful staff - as always !!

I was panicked when I discovered the store situated in the Bentalls centre had closed, especially since I had travelled specifically to visit the shop. However I was delighted to find they had moved across the road and our now situated in Clarence Street. Once in the neatly laid out store I selected some clothes I wanted to try on and an assistant (later Identified as the Store Manager) Gayle came over and offered to take them for me and directed me to the changing cubicle. I also had a scarf that I knew I was going to purchase but didn't want to take into the changing room and she said no problem she would keep it by the till for me. After I had chosen another item to purchase she came over to collect it and take that to the till while I continued browsing and also took the items I didn't want. At the till I chatted with Annabel and Gayle about the new store layout and I congratulated them both on their excellent Customer Service skills. It was a relaxed and pleasant shopping experience without any intrusiveness nor pressure to purchase but there exactly when and if I needed anything. I worked for many years as a Manager in Customer Service and struggled to find staff of this calibre so it was refreshing to know they are still out there 😁 Thank you ladies, keep up the good work. I think Fat Face are consistently good. Clothes are modern, good quality fabrics and I’m never disappointed.

I went to collect my items in the Bentall center in Kingston upon Thames, and was very surprised at the attitude of the two members of staff working there!
I asked politely if my order had come in because I hadn’t received a text message to say if it had or hadn’t!
The youngest of the two women said she had four parcels delivered that day and had only booked in two, so again I asked her if she wouldn’t mind checking for me as I was there and she had the four packages in front of her, to see if one was mine, to save me time in coming back, to be greeted with a huff and then the elder sales assistant asked if I would be in Kingston for long and to go back later!!
I was astonished as the four parcels were sitting at the till in front of her, but I said I would go back later.
When I returned a few hours later, I explained that I didn’t want any of the items I’d brought online and wanted a refund straight away, again with a huff the younger assistant went and got the parcel and asked why I had wasted their time in ordering it to be delivered there in the first place, I told her I’d got the same sort of item in “white stuff” where the shop assistant was much more friendly and willing to help, so I no longer needed those items.
She made me wait until there was no other customers in the shop before she started my refund, she was very slow and insisted she took my card on which I’d paid to have a good look at it, to make sure I was who I said I was!!
I think both her and the elder staff member who should know manners, need a refresher course on customer services.
I will never order from there again! No wonder the shop was empty

Brilliant choice of garments, all well made. Love their clothes so much, both adults and children.
My husband wears their shorts constantly.
I love their hoodies.
Granddaughter (6) loves their shirts, t shirts and hoodies.
Grandsons wear FatFace shorts (and they’re fussy!).
Ordering online is easy and efficient too.
Our local store is moving into larger premises, hopefully more children’s clothes.

i ordered 2 pairs of shorts online but unfortunately they were both wrong size .I took them back to the KIngston on Thames branch and my query was handled by Gail the store manageress. The customer service from Gail was EXCELLENT !!! I left the branch a happy bunny with 2 pairs of the same shorts that fitted and my refunds on the way . Many thanks Gail for making it stressful experience!
