I bought a dress online which was too big - surprisingly! - so took it back to my local shop. They had the next size down, I tried it in and it fitted perfectly! Excellent customer service in the Mumbles Fat Face store and I really appreciate the flexibility in being able to combine online and in-store shopping. Great!

The service was good
The service was good. I had ordered on line but was not happy with my things. The person to whom I returned them at my local store was pleasant and helpful.

1st Class shopping experience!
Friday 5th August 2022 I shopped at this store and what a experience I had - amazing!
I was met by Becky with a smile on her face and a lovely bubbly persona, I don't like to be badgered around a store and explained I just wanted to browse.
The store was immaculate and your standards are very high there.
When I was ready to order some goods Becky was again on hand to look through the warehouse and at other stores, the whole transaction couldn't have been better.
As an ex Store Manager myself I know good service when I see it and this was great, from speaking with Becky I understand she is the Assistant Manager in the store.
I'd like to end by wishing a happy career in retail, I hope one day she has the pleasure of having her own store, I will be back again and only hope to deal with Becky again on my next visit.

My go to favourite shop
I like browsing in this fat face the assistants there are really helpful but they don’t jump at you as soon as you enter they let you look at clothes but are there if you need help I always seem to buy something because the clothes are of really good quality and nicely arranged only thing is there are too many nice things too choose from

My parcel never turned up
My parcel never turned up. Delivery company called Evri sent me a message to say there was a problem then nothing and there’s no way to ring them up to complain. I won’t be using Fatface or Evri (knowingly) ever again. My time is more precious than to spend hours on hold to some call centre even if I can find a number to ring (which I can’t).
