Great staff in Newbury
I took my 98 yr old but still very fashionable grandmother into Fatface Newbury yesterday and we had a really great experience thanks to Trudie. She was so helpful searching out clothes in store that she thought might be suitable. She couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. We came out with 4 pairs of trousers, 2 tops and a scarf between us and my grandmother really loved the experience and feeling special. Thanks so much Trudie!

I ordered the snoopy tote bag online…
I ordered the snoopy tote bag online and was emailed to say that it would be there to pick up in the shop on Tuesday 15th April. Then received email saying it has been delayed, should be there by 18th. I went in the shop on Friday, the shop assistant (lovely as she was) said that they hadn’t had the delivery. I went in on Saturday 19th and the shop assistant checked the back and the computer and told me that the bag still hadn’t been delivered and didn’t know why or where it was.
Cannot the fault the shop assistants, they were very helpful.

FatFace has been my favourite shop for years.
Excellent quality clothes and fabrics. It’s a shame they stopped their children clothes.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming too.

Took ages to collect item in store as the system wasn’t working and it kept linking to someone else’s order

Staff member needs a sharpen up
Well lit shop, everything displayed well…..but…..on entering the store, no acknowledgement from the only member of staff who was looking at their laptop. No assistance at all, pleasant enough when we went to pay though. Not sure if this is appropriate or not, but long unwashed greasy hair did not help our already poor impression of this staff member. Products great though.

Lovely dungarees!
I’ve wanted a pair of denim dungarees for AGES. And finally took the plunge with these and I’m so glad I did! So comfortable and look great!
In a size 16-18 and they fit perfectly!
