Excellent service.
I had great help and assistance from Sandi. As a larger built individual, we ordered xxxxl on line and when it arrived, the prices had been reduced. Fitting was perfect and I was able to get a refund from the reduced price.

Always a pleasure to both shop online and in store! This time I got the best of both worlds. I bought online and collected in store. Good purchase, bright colour, good quality fabric, well made and a perfect fit! Oh and a reasonable price. Always a five star experience, well done fat face online and what excellent helpful friendly staff in your Norwich store!

I love FatFace dungarees they are so comfortable, there’s so much stretch in them you are not restricted with any movement. I ordered Lewes dungarees size 10 online in the sale as they said they were slim but they were too baggy. I took them into my nearest store and lucky for me they had a smaller size. The staff are so helpful

Good experience
The items I ordered were extremely well packaged & delivered on time. The trousers were good quality & once I had found the right leg length for me I kept 2 pairs. Looking forward to wearing them. The items I decided not to keep I refunded in store where the process was quick & the associate was efficient.
