My purchase arrived but with the wrong assembly instructions. I contacted them and was advised they were on the website under my account which they weren’t.
I have since phoned them and was told they’d provide the correct instructions. Two days later still nothing.

UPDATE 9th April
Correct instructions arrived by email but having checked the package against them none of the correct fittings were included and some parts missing.

UPDATE 17th April
8 days after contacting them about the missing parts I received an email saying they’ll be shipped in the coming days…

It's worth money. Fatmoose was the cheapest on the market with wide range of products but it's still cheap pine wood. It says it has been treated but swing seats came mouldy, and you can see some parts of timber started to rotten.
Easy to assemble but if your husband has a bit of experience with timber and saw he can build with half price...

The playset was very customisable so you can get one that is the perfect fit for your space. It's really sturdy and very easy to put together- instructions and parts are very well detailed. The children love it, it looks great, it was very good value and there are years more fun to be had. Excellent product.

We love our playground from Fatmoose! The pricing was great. Assembly took some time, but the little one is very happy with the playground.

The frame design is lovely, i wish the instructions were also in writen as it’s only pictures and some parts hard to follow, the delivery was fast, it arrived before the expected date and the communication with their support has been superb. We are still building the frame as we don’t have much time available but it’s looking great!

We ordered our kids a play house and swing set from Fat Moose. The instructions were easy to follow and the build was enjoyable. It took a week on and off each evening and when completed the kids loved it. The helpline is really useful and they are really responsive. A really good company and product. Well worth the money, I think this is cheaper than most in the market.

We are extremely happy with the play centre / climbing frame. Very well constructed and sturdy - fittings are very strong and weatherproof / long lasting. Our little girl absolutely loves it and goes on it every day (even when it’s raining!).
Very well priced for a good quality product. I would highly recommend it for anyone considering getting one.

Great play gym it took awhile to get here and I would definitely recommend getting a net or 2 extra pieces of wood for the bridge if you have smallies

Very quick to take payment. Delivery was very slow. Instructions were appalling. Had to chase them as they left out the anchors I had paid for. Overall wouldn’t shop with them again.

Very happy overall with my purchase from fat moose.
The only fault was the instructions. These are not great and can be quite confusing.
I would have loved a video or two to have watched from fat moose .

On the whole I am happy with the process and the quality of the product. I didn't give 5 stars for a couple of reasons like lack communication when the product was ready, details around shipping etc. The wrapping was ripped on delivery however this didn't affect the contents. The instructions can be complex and it does take some time to study for each section. These are small issues however, and if I could I'd give 4.5 stars rather than 4, I would. Overall delighted with it as are our kids! :)

We are absolutely over the moon with our FunnyFortress Free XXL SuperSwing! From the moment it arrived, we could tell this wasn’t just another backyard frame, it’s built like a proper adventure playground.

The timber is solid, smooth, and beautifully finished, and those metal legs are an absolute game changer.

Made a mistake of not checking these reviews in advance. Ordered a swing set and was promised delivery last Friday in time for childs birthday. Now its Tuesday and my emails are getting auto responses that they are too busy. I rang today spoke to a girl called Nadia and was promised a call back with an answer. Got an email instead that my email has been forwarded to a relevant person. Disaster!!
