Site looks grate and have nice products. But when I tried to apply the coupon code for 10% discount was always returning invalid code

The website is easy to follow and everything is very clearly laid out.

It was a very smooth shopping experience. The webpage contains all of the information that you need and also adds suggestions on items that you might need and that you probably forgot about, like anchors. It also makes customization easy, so overall a very pleasant experience.

I wouldn't bother ordering from them, 6+ weeks of waiting and the swing set still hasn't arrived. They fob you off when you ask for a delivery date. Painfully slow.

I did a good bit of looking when I was trying to select a new swing set and climbing frame and I kept coming back to Wickey after seeing adds on Instagram. I read a good few bad reviews online and I was nearly put off from ordering but I took a chance and ordered the Smart Noble swing and slide set. From order to delivery I was given notifications on progress and delivery was right on when they estimated. Once I unpacked the pallet it was apparent that everything was very well organised and the timber was of great quality with no splits or cracks and a good weight to it. I managed to assemble the whole thing myself so its deffinately possible to do on your own if you are stuck. Instructions easy to follow. Only grip was the tarpaulin. Took ages to measure and set out the patterns. A printed stencil line on the provided sheets would have been great. All in all tho I am delighted with my purchase.

Quality kit, packaged well and delivered quickly. It's a little more involved than an Ikea style assembly, but taking time to review the instructions (mostly pictures) will pay off.

The end result is really solid and should last years.
