Feedbear- buggy saas founder, keep building new saas without fixing first one.

Pietro - Built a buggy SaaS product with an LTD offer. The customer support was the worst I've ever experienced. Now, they're building a new SaaS product without fixing the existing LTD SaaS product. They raised money for the Feedbear LTD offer on AppSumo and are now using that money for a new SaaS. Who cares?

Sent 3 times customer support email to report the bug. No response.

It almost works

We have been using feedbear for a while at work just for keeping track of internal ideas. It almost works, but there are so many paper cut bugs and usability issues that are not being fixed, it's not worth it, find something else.

Expensive offer, many bugs, dubious subscription management

We've used Feedbear for a few months to gather feedback for our app and while it generally worked pretty well, there were some bigger issues which lead to us terminating our subscription and switching to a different issue tracking platform:
- The website is buggy. over the few months that I've been running 2 issue trackers there, I've encountered anything from tickets completely breaking the page, missing votes, terrible text formatting to internal server errors. Just within the trial period I reported about half a dozen issues. Most of them were fixed quite fast, but it still looked like a product in beta, rather than a finished solution.
- The pricing. They're charging $30 per month for the lowest tier, which is more expensive than some of the servers we're renting to host our app. I get that this is B2B pricing, but for the bug-ridden experience mentioned above, I don't think it's worth the money. (yet?) I'd probably be fine with the offer at half the price, but as it is, I'd rather use the Github issue tracking which is free and offers a lot of features that Feedbear is lacking, like being able to dragging tickets between two columns.
- When you cancel your subscription, your project gets suspended right away, even though you still paid for the remainder of the month! If we didn't have the new issue tracker already set up, I'd complain with them directly about this, but as it is, it just seems to be on par with the whole product experience they're offering...

Love 3 things about them:
#1 — Intuitive and interactive UI
#2 — Idea voting
#3 — Sharing detailed roadmaps with user

And great amount of templates

It gives you a deeper and better understanding on what you should be prioritizing more.

The best and easy Roadmap tool

Simple, friendly interface, easy to customize.
Helps to manage, organize and categorize product reviews into categories easily.

The interface is simply text, no pictures, icons, beautiful icons.

I have been using FeedBear for over a month now and my customers are very pleased to participate in product improvement comments. This increases customer satisfaction and helps me plan my product upgrades in the best way.

I have been using feedbear to get a better understanding of how I can help my end users get the most from our SaaS. This has been very helpful in keeping things organized and allowing me to know what is important to my customers!

Excellent roadmap/changelog software.

Found this gem on appsumo when I was looking for a changelog software. My requirement was for updating our stakeholders on our development team's roadmap, changes, updates, etc.

Feedbear simply... works! Excellent UI, very intuitive, and looks beautiful! I did hit a few bumps while using and bothered the product head several times, but he responded within minutes every time, and always with a solution.

There are still many things it needs to be complete, but that's normal of any new software.

All in all, superb experience, great team, and a product that works out of the box, what more do you need.

FeedBear is a great product

FeedBear is a great product. It's very useful and it has helped me collect feedback from my customers more effectively than ever before. I love that it provides you with an overview of all the feedback you have collected, as well as how often they are used on your website. This makes it easier for me to find out which areas need improvement and where people seem to be having problems using the product.

I love this platform

I love this platform, not only it allows you to expose ideas that users of your products can vote up or down allowing you to understand what your users are looking for. It also allows you to create informational product updates so that you can easily communicate what is new in the different releases you make available to your users. The whole interface is clean and super friendly to use! Love it!

Great for client involvement in development.

A straightforward addition to our service that enables clients of a WaaS (Website-as-a-Service) to give us ideas & suggestions, see what we're planning for the future, and see what we're actively working on at the moment. It's clear, easy, simple, which is exactly how it should be.
An equally simple and straightforward way to integrate the "widget" into a website/dashboard would be icing on the cake - at the moment, it's an involved process requiring root access to a server, perhaps not the best approach.
All the same, FeedBear ticks off what I regard as a highly desirable element ie. to be able to gather ideas from the people using the product, and to let them know there's good stuff to come, in a clear and simple interface.
Recommended.

Roadmap tool with smooth clean UI

Feedbear has a smooth and clean UI, well laid out options for a roadmapping tool. It has social login facility for users, and admins can link it to a custom subdomain as well. Also, we can create multiple boards and not just one.

I recently purchased Feedbear, based on many good reviews I saw. Have just started with it, and hope to make good use of this tool going forward for my business and even hobby use cases.

Feedbear is an excellent tool for…

Feedbear is an excellent tool for collecting feedback from users. We're using this for our internal applications and the ability to create private boards with privacy options is a welcome change to other tools that cater only to public boards.

I do wish there were a few more customization options for appearance but the simplicity of the tool is what I like most. I was able to get up and running with a few feedback boards in very little time.

I also wish there was a way to see all registered users in the admin panel. Maybe they'll add this over time.

All in all, a great tool.

Excellent, one of the best, probably the simplest feedback platforms I have used. The team behind Feedbear has been very supportive. I hope they maintain this level of service, because it's been a great investment.

Just what we needed!

Just what we needed!

I've been searching for a decent and simple to use roadmapping tool for a few months now. Most others I saw or tried were too complex for what I wanted out of a tool like this: straightforward, clean and simple UI and quick to use and add items to. Feedbear has all of this! It's so easy to use and took no time at all to set up and get running with.

The only thing I'd like that it doesn't seem to do is to be able to brand it more. At the moment you can set a logo, favicon and highlight colour, but ideally being able to modify the background and header colour would make this a 5 taco for me, as it would blend perfectly across all branding and website etc then :)

But even without that, I would highly recommend anyone to grab this tool while they can!
