We needed a way to easily receive and manage feedback from our online students and FeedBear gave us exactly what we were looking for.

Here are a few things that I loved about getting it setup:
- Setup was easy - I mean, in 30 min (maybe less) I was up and running
- Support is quick to get back to you
- The system was easy for students to understand and begin using
- It's SIMPLE. We are not looking for complicated, overwhelming software and FeedBear was perfect for our use case.

Going forward we'll be using the feedback collected, and voted on by students to help our internal team prioritize what initiatves to act on that will improve things the most for the students.

We use Feedbear to communicate to the client the new features as well as the product roadmap.

The feature to where you can take input from the users what should be built or prioritize is well implemented is probably the most fascinating one. We were looking at something like Trello to manage this, but FeedBear's user experience and features are much better.

Hope there are more control to who can request features and how soon along with better status management for changelog.

The app is actually very nice. It works well and it's simple to use. It also features a widget which is handy to allow customers to leave feedback directly on your site. On top of that you can also link your domain with SSL.

If there is one think I would wish for is that they would use JWT tokens also to sign-in my customers automatically on the app itself (now it's possible only on the widget). So each time my customers need to register to comment which is a bit annoying.

Feedbear is all you need.

We have been using Feedbear some time and now we are adding more projects to have all our brands with roadmaps and feedback access. For us, Feedbear has been amazing, easy to use, easy to configure, great UI and everything works likes magic.

We love SSL is included and its say to setup your own domain in every project. Super recommended, we have tested a lot of tools but Feedbear is definitely the best tool and option for adding feedback and creating roadmaps.

Feedbear is what my website need to collect feedbacks, report issues and for users request new features, easy to use and custom subdomain, also you can create buttons and embed on your website to users report specific situations, I'm just bought and I will explore more this tool.
