Do not order anything from this company! I ordered the mascara and never received it and have sent them probably 10 notifications including screenshots with the order number and proof that I’ve paid and all I get back is email saying they have no record of my order, even though I’ve sent them the screenshots. They are a total scam.

I can pretty much ditto the review from BRENDAAZZ. Extra items were added to order and contacted immediately..after much back and forth I get an email saying it has been shipped and they are so sorry for the inconvenience after another round of emails in response to shipping it out. Another crapshoot from China. I should have looked into this company before I ordered.

Do not buy anything from this company. When you are checking out, you unknowingly purchase more items thinking you are just continuing. I notified them immediately, but they still shipped everything out and told me to contact them when it arrives. I proceeded to contact them on arrival and now they haven’t even responded. Apart from that, the mascara is garbage. It dries out on your eyes and clumps.

I purchased Felvaris waterproof mascara specifically because it was advertised as waterproof, but unfortunately it smudged and ran easily during normal wear. The product did not perform as described.

What has been even more disappointing is the company’s handling of the return request. Their website clearly advertises a “60-day 100% money back guarantee,” and I even provided a screenshot of that guarantee when contacting customer service. Despite this, I have repeatedly been offered only partial refunds (30%, then 40%) instead of the full refund they publicly promise.

The responses feel generic and automated, with no real acknowledgment of the guarantee they advertise on their own website or the concerns I raised. A money-back guarantee should mean exactly that — not a negotiation for smaller refunds after the customer is dissatisfied.

Based on both the product quality and the customer service experience, I would not recommend this company.

Received other items I did not order, tried to call so I could return items, Phone # did not work contact support no response. So how do you talk to a live person?

I placed an order in error and immediately contacted customer service to cancel. I was told the order was cancelled. Three weeks later a package arrived, and I was charged for a product I had been told was cancelled. I contacted customer service again to find out how to return the product for a refund and frustratingly got automated responses repeating the same message. The phone number on the website does not work.
