Sally was fantastic in helping us move our cat, Hamish, back to Australia. She kept us informed throughout the entire process, especially during the uncertainty surrounding the Iran conflict, which gave us real peace of mind.

Before choosing a company, I contacted several for quotes, and Sally was by far the most helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Her communication and support made the whole experience much less stressful.

Nick and Beverley, who collected Hamish, were also wonderful. They were kind, caring, and kept us updated with photos along the way, which we really appreciated.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sally and the team to anyone looking to relocate their pets.

I am so pleased I chose Fetchapet. I had contacted several companies asking for advice before deciding who to go with, as we have a very anxious dog. The team at Fetchapet were patient, understanding and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

The process of transporting a pet is not the easiest but they helped us along the way and made it as smooth as possible. They replied quickly called to discuss things when needed and dealt with all the paperwork and processes. Every member of the team is friendly and helpful.

My dog is now safely in New Zealand, with no issues or incidents and everything went according to plan. Thank you to Sally, Rachel and Nick for making a difficult process much easier.

Fantastic job getting our two dogs from UK to Australia. Kept up to date with how the dogs were doing at kennels in the UK and kept up to date when they arrived in Australia. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Rachel & Fetchapet were excellent from start to finish.
Very clear with all instructions, guiding me through all the necessary vaccinations, tests etc prior to transporting my beloved dog Bert from London to Sydney.
Kept me fully informed during transportation with regular messages and photos, which was very reassuring with what would have otherwise been a very worrying time.
Bert looked very at ease with Rachel, so is clearly a natural with dogs / pets.

Fetchapet have been amazing in relocating our two cats from the UK to the US. We used them for 5 days in the cattery and then flights and they kept contact throughout. We received multiple photos and videos to show how they were doing and always replied quickly. They gave the girls lots of fuss and reassurance. We cannot thank them enough.

Dog was received safe and well, and on schedule.
Pick up by Nick was very good, she got on well with him and was happy to travel.

Rachel and Fetchapet team were amazing. They were very clear with instructions throughout the whole process and Rachel was very helpful. She always answered my questions patiently and it put my mind completely at ease. She sent me update on how my fur babies were doing before the flight and during transit with photos just so I knew they were well taken care. I couldn't recommend enough for the team. My fur babies are now very happy and settling well in Oz. Thank you so much.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Moving the family pets (Rosie/labrador and Dobby/cat) from the UK to the USA was the most stressful thing I have ever done. There are so many unknowns and uncertainties, on top of an already stressful moving process. Sally and the team were patient and willing to answer my 1000 questions and reassured me throughout the entire process, which I found refreshing. We met Nick outside of Heathrow airport and went on a nice walk together with Rosie, where he again answered many more of my questions, further reassuring me about the process. They provided step-by-step instructions which made it feel less overwhelming and in the end, we were all reunited successfully on the otherside without any complications! Everyone was absolutely lovely and you could tell there was a genuine care for the animals, which I appreciated! I can't thank you all enough! 🥰

Moving countries is stressful, moving your pets to another country is even more stressful but what an amazing team at fetchapet. You couldn't ask for a nicer, caring, genuine and understanding team. Sending your pet overseas is a challenging undertaking( especially as this was New Zealand with a lot of detailed requirements)Right from the start they were very helpful and responsive. Sally, Rachel, Emma and Nick were fantastic to deal with as part of the complicated and involved process to ship our two darling cats over to Australia. The turmoil in the Middle East threw a whole spanner into the process the day before they were due to leave. We were so lucky Fetchapet had existing contacts to ship via the US. Whilst the delay and extra cost was not welcome (at no fault from Fetchpet) we are very grateful to the team to be able to regear, rebook and ship our pets via Dallas, whilst handling our stressed calls with poise and calm. As we had to be in Australia before our pets could travel, managing this across timezones added an extra layer of difficulty that Fetchapet proved experienced in managing. I can not recommend the team highly enough.

Thank you fetchapet for all your help transporting my dog to Barbados, there were no issues whatsoever, it went very smoothly which was not what I envisaged considering my dog's temperament. Fetchapet was great since the first contact! Sally was really welcoming and explained all the details. We felt safe when Nick came to pick our dog up, and since that moment we could feel how caring the whole team is and that our dog would be in good hands. We left the country first, and everyday we had updates on how our dog was, which was really reassuring, always posting lovely walkings and play time with him. He arrived safe and sound, and settle in his new home on the same day. I could not recommend enough this team! Thank you to you all!

I was worried about getting my doggy to NZ during a time where flights via Dubai were being cancelled left right and centre. Sally, Rachel and her team were wonderful and came up with solutions to bring my dog Sunshine over from the UK to New Zealand safely.

They’ve also got a great, very clean facility for dogs in the UK- you can tell that they take pride in their work and they love animals.
