The staff at Fechapet and the transporter Go Fetch were very frieldly and caring in sorting out transport of a Labrador puppy from England to my son in the USA
They provided detailed instructions to ensure the journey was troublefree and it all went without a problem
The puppy is well settled in his new home

Fetchapet made what seemed like a daunting task extremely stress free. It is important to read carefully all the vaccination requirements for where you are going and the other guidance provided by Sally and Emma but once you have completed your part Fetchapet do the rest very competently and professionally.

Our two Chocolate Labs arrived in Thailand last Friday and were absolutely fine. From pick up from our home we were sent photos of the dogs at each stage which was very reassuring.
The only issue I had which was nothing to do with Fetchapet but important to note is that for Thailand, as I expect many other places, when you have your dogs vaccinated the vet needs to sign, print name and apply the stamp of the practice to each recorded vaccination otherwise you may not get the import license you require. We had to go back to our vet to get this sorted on a couple of the vaccines.
In summary it wouldn't enter my head to use anyone else for transporting my pets after this experience, along with the agents that Fetchapet work with in Thailand who both received the dogs and transported them to us.

We were relocating from the UK to Kazakhstan with our dog. Sally and her team were amazing at guiding us through the massive complexities of such an unusual move. They handled the permits, veterinary aspects and flight bookings with super efficiency and when it came to the day of travel, they were so kind and supportive of our very nervous dog. I can't imagine how it could have been any better. They were amazing, thank you.

I started my first phone call with Fetchapet by commenting on how many amazingly positive reviews they had and having worked with them to bring our cats along on our move I am sat here adding to it! Fetchapet are an absolute delight to work with and a breath of fresh air amidst all the logistical stress of relocating. Every single person I interacted with in their team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and had our best interests at heart. There's a lot of paperwork and it can feel daunting but the team take away all the stress and made it really smooth sailing. I felt really supported which made handing over our cats a much easier process and honestly I couldn't have dreamed of how calm they were on arrival and how easy they have settled in to their new home. If you're in two minds about using fetchapet and need a sign to take the plunge - this is it, I couldn't recommend them any higher!

Emma and Paula were fantastic. All questions were answered quickly, and they helped ease my worried mind. Everything was arranged professionally and easily, with clear instructions. I'm so happy to be reunited with my best friend Hugo aka my ginger shadow.

Sally was absolutely instrumental in assisting me to get my pet cat sorted to travel from the UK with moving back home in the Caribbean. They are also better value for money compared to PetAir by far. From the quotation process to coordinating pick up from the North East, Fetchapet made it all easy.

We couldn't have moved our dog from the UK to Singapore without Fetchapet – they made the admin side of things easy and they took great care of her on the day of the move itself. The communication throughout was superb – highly recommended

Initially it felt like a daunting prospect to ship the family's beloved dog Maddie from Scotland to New Zealand but everything worked out really well in the end. Emma + Sally prepared a comprehensive plan which conformed with all aspects of the UK and NZ legislative procedures. So much excitement and cuddles when we collected Maddie from quarantine exactly on the date that Emma and Sally had forecast 6 months before. Outcome = very happy family + dog!!

We have just relocated our 2 greyhounds to Singapore using Fetchapet and it is the best money we have spent! Paula has been fantastic, very knowledgeable and always responsive to emails, so I felt reassured that things would go smoothly. Having an experienced agent has been invaluable in sorting any issues with paperwork etc, and having the peace of mind from their support was priceless. We received photos of the dogs in their airline crates and they looked comfortable and not stressed. When they arrived after their 13 hour flight they were in great condition and seemed surprisingly unbothered after their experience! 100% recommend to use these, in conjunction with Jason's Pet Relocation at the Singapore end, as these 2 agents worked really well together.

Very reassuring service, Sally, Nick & team was excellent, really reassured us that our puppy that was travelling to Taiwan would be okay. They collected her from Wales cared for her for the day before her flight completed all paperwork and then safety got her to Taiwan. They did an excellent job, very professional caring and considerate to owners and pets. Would recommend.

I just finished shipping my 2 dogs from the UK to Dubai with fetchapet and I have to say that Paula and her team were outstanding. It’s a very stressful and daunting experience and I was not looking forward to it. Fetchapet held my hand from start to finish, taking all the stress out of the experience. I was actually in Dubai at the time so they had a lot to coordinate but their attention to detail and their professionalism were outstanding. They literally did everything and made sure I understood things every step of the way. They really cared for the dogs when they were in their care and just made the whole thing less stressful. We have used Fetchapet twice now for assisting with the transportation of our dog between Bermuda and the UK. Paula and team were very helpful in answering my questions on all the ins and outs that I needed to know prior to Gandalf's flight. There was a slight hiccup when getting the EHC at the initial vet appointment, which we agreed can be avoided with a simple phone call. The Fetchapet team remained very professional about the whole experience and even promptly help to get a last minute appointment with another vet on the same day - their efforts and concern helped eliminate the anxiety I had leading up to the big move!
