We are so glad we went with Fetchapet! We received so many questionable quotes from other companies where we felt they cared more about squeezing out funds than the transport. When we contacted Fetchapet everything was straight forward no hidden costs and actual care about our cat. She flew from uk to USA without any issues. We received constant photo updates and the pick up on the US side was also smooth. Thank you so much for your service highly recommended!!!!

Fetchapet has been reassuring from the beginning and clearly the team loves and cares about all animals. My cat has successfully made her way to Hong Kong and despite being a brachycephalic breed, the team has provided a lot of guidance and explanation (including the BOAS assessments). Thank you Emma, Sally and Nick (who sent us updates on the DEFRA vet visit, how my cat is doing, check ins and established a rapport with her very quickly) - my kitty cat is very happy and started eating within half an hour on arrival to her new home :)

We had an amazing experience with Fetchapet when they helped move our two dachshunds, Archie and Billy, from the UK to Calgary.

From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly well managed. Their communication was excellent — they kept us updated every step of the way and were always quick to answer any questions we had. Moving pets internationally can be stressful, but they made it feel straightforward and well organised.

What we appreciated most was the regular updates and photos they sent throughout the journey. Seeing Archie and Billy safe and comfortable gave us so much reassurance while they were travelling.

The service was also great value compared to other companies we looked at, especially considering the level of care and communication we received.

I highly recommend to go with Fetch a Pet if you're thinking of exporting your pet! They helped me relocate my 2 kitties to Australia from the UK and the process was very smooth. They were always available to answer any questions I had and helped with any documentation, especially Sally, who was the agent I was closely working with throughout the process. I had very pleasant experiences meeting both Rachel and Nick in person, and Emma is also very pleasant to speak with. All the staff clearly care about what they work for and it shows in their customer service. They understood all the worries and reservations I had about my very elderly cats travelling overseas, and even did their best to accommodate what would work out best for my cats, due to their old age. My cats have now arrived safely in Australia and I'm just so thankful that I worked with Fetch a pet to relocate my fur babies.

We emailed originally nearly a year ago about enquiring for our dog to fly. We got a response pretty much straight away with all the details, pricing etc. We then processed to book a flight for Lottie. Sally has been so helpful with everything. There were a few things I wasn't sure on and she helped me. Emails were really fast at responses. I would definitely recommend using this company

From the initial enquiry to the last update as my dog went through check in at Heathrow, Fetch a Pet have been amazing. From telling me what paperwork I needed, to coordinating with the local import company in Thailand, everything was made simple and easy by Sally. When we got to the meeting point, Nick was outstanding. He kept us calm so that our pup Lina stayed calm. And we got an update once she was checked in. Sally also checked in after we arrived to make sure we were all ok. A really lovely gesture. Would highly recommend

I cannot recommend Fetch a Pet highly enough. They transported my dog, Mickey, from Heathrow to Larnaca, Cyprus and were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They answered every single question I had, no matter how small or silly it may have seemed, and were always patient, reassuring, and professional. I felt supported at every step of the process, which made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. Most importantly, Mickey arrived home safely and well, and that means everything to me. Thank you, Fetch a Pet, for taking such great care of my dog and for being there every step of the way.

I used this company to help ship my cats from England to bermuda and they were fantastic from start to finish my cats where very well looked after and I got regular updates on there wellbeing such as photographes and emails

Fantastic experience - every question I fired their way was answered in detail, I felt incredibly comfortable and confident in flying the cats over from the UK to Australia. Rachel did a superb job!!

Rachel & the staff at Fetchapet were just fantastic. No matter how many times I phoned them with questions and/or needed help, they were there for us and nothing was ever too much trouble. My Hungarian Vizsla Brody was picked up by Nick, who reassured us Brody would be fine and that we probably would get fed up with photos and voice notes/messages they would send. True to Nicks words we got lovely little videos, photos and voice notes/messages via a WhatsApp group. A teary goodbye to our boy knowing we would not see him until beginning of December. (10 days in quarantine for Australia) Nick felt like a friend reassuring us with a hug before driving off with Brody. I never had to worry about him at all as I could see how happy he was in their care. I have read other peoples reviews and cannot better express any more than those already written. Thanks so very much Rachel and all the staff at Fetchapet. I just was so lucky I picked the right people to export our precious cargo and care for him while he boarded with them.

I am writing to give a huge thank you to Rachel and her team for the safe transportation of our 2 dogs Jethro and Molly from the UK to Cyprus .
From the very beginning nothing was to much trouble , Rachel picked our dogs up from our home in Norfolk and took them to Fetchapet’s kennels to be seen by a visiting vet for all their checks , they had plenty of space to exercise and Rachel sent some wonderful pictures and videos .
Jethro is sometimes very difficult to feed especially if he is away from home , Rachel hand fed him to make sure he got his food , so grateful, over and above the call of duty .
Jethro and Molly arrived in Cyprus 2days later fit and healthy
