Mal porque aún no he recibido mi producto y no entiendo porque me envían una encuesta de satisfacción cuando no me informan del envío ni siquiera

I am really saddened that you have written this review without contacting us or tracking your order first. We always do everything we can to help customers in the unlikely event that they have not received their order, but if the customer does not let us know there is a problem, we are unable to help.
In this case I can see that delivery has not taken place as quickly as we would like.
We shipped your order out next working day using Royal Mail international tracked and signed delivery.
Royal mail state 3-5 days for this service, and they have kept to that promise in terms of getting the parcel to the local courier in Spain on the 31st July however, the local courier "Correos" have taken around 5 days to process the shipment, however it is out for delivery to you today according to their website.
I do not like to blame Covid but it is a widely known fact that delivery companies are under a great deal of strain due to the virus. This is particularly affecting international delivery.
I have just checked the tracking status of the order and the parcel is out for delivery with the local courier in Spain.
With regard to the invite for review, it is something automatically generated so you can review us once you have received your product, if you were in the UK, delivery would have been 1-2 days, as you are international customer, this time the invite arrived before the parcel, we take all feedback seriously and will adjust the delay before the invite is sent to allow for international orders.
