Fife Country Opiniones

I have been ordering clothes from this shop for years, I'm always thrilled by the quality of the products, and the quality of service, quite responsive, and you get warp speed shipping.

Highly recommended if you're looking for great, high quality country clothing.

Best warm & comfortable shirts I have ever had.
Intend to buy more.

Waited for my order for a month and it never arrived. Various emails saying it will be with me next week.Have asked for a refund.

First class service, great clothes, fast delivery what more can I say?

I have been a customer of Fife Country for about five years. The ir catalogue is comprehensive and i have found their products to be excellent quality. Moreover, the telephone staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable, and the arrival of items after placing an order is prompt.

I ordered 2 shirts. Delivery 5days. Well, 2days later they arrived. Perfect fit. This is not the only order I have received, been a customer for several years. I phone my orders, the lady who answers is so helpful, even helped me decide which colours I should choose. Thank you. D Mount.

Having purchased shoes, shirts and other items from Fife country in the past ,when I needed a new fleece gilet I ordered a stenton gilet from them. Once again I am impressed with the quality and service.

I was very impresseed with the quality and fit of the jeans ,Iwas also very pleased with the person ispoke to on the phone when I rang the order in on the11th of September I was very surprised when they were delivered on the 13th

Amazed at the great choice of ladies wear and shoes as there a only a few items included in their catalogue. The shop us much bigger that expected and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

I rang up,the phone was answered promptly & I gave the order, paid for it & was told the goods would be delivered between 3- 5 days. The goods arrived on the 4th day,& as they say 'It did what it said on the tin'.The goods are as displayed in the catalogue.

BY THE WAY THIS IS NOT THE FIRST ITEM I HAVE BOUGHT FROM THEM

Ordered shoes from here! Excellent service ordered and delivered the next day! Brilliant

I had purchased a pair of Kinloch mahogany walking boots approximately twelve months ago, to my disappointment the seam of the boot where it is stitched started to come apart
I contacted customer services at Hoggs and explained the situation, they immediately sent me a postal scan code and asked for the boots to be returned for inspection and repair which I did that day,
Quality of service is sometimes hard to come by in this day and age. So without any idea of what was going to happen I waited for a response.
That response has blown me away when in less than one week I have received a brand new pair of boots. 10 out of 10 for Customer Service Hoggs of Fife.
A company I can recommend without any hesitation.

I posted my return Tuesday 6 May 2025 and received my exchange on Saturday 10 May 2025, how's that for customer friendly service? Well done Fife, thank you.

The shoes were delivered on time, the quality is very good and the shoes are of good quality. The service was very good and my husband is very happy with the comfort and look of the shoe, well done Fife.
