Always super reliable. I’ve even had an issue before with my order that was my own fault for selecting something incorrect on site and it was dealt with so quickly, while it was close of play they managed to still get my order out for next day delivery. My children always love to indulge in the sweets that come with the package every time too which is a nice touch.

DON'T BUY FROM fillerdirect.co.uk! I am writing with extreme dismay and frustration regarding our recent experience with your lipo-lap products. At London Finsbury Clinic, we have been loyal customers of your brand, but the quality of your recent products has left us utterly dismayed.

I'm editing this to say they are trying to put this into another company which is not. They are the ones who put our company at risk. The reply does not make any sense. Please don't trust them with your purchases.

Your lipo-lap products, which we recently purchased after being enticed by your promotions, have proven to be nothing short of disastrous. Within hours of application, three out of four clients, along with several members of our internal team, suffered severe allergic reactions. This is not just unacceptable; it's downright appalling.

The fact that your faulty products have not only endangered the health and safety of our clients but have also disrupted our operations due to their inadvertent mixing with our existing stock is beyond infuriating. We have been forced to discard over 20 boxes of your defective lipo-lap, an utterly wasteful and unnecessary expense brought about solely by your incompetence.

While we appreciate your offer of a refund, it does little to address the havoc wreaked by your subpar products. Our trust in your brand has been shattered, and we cannot in good conscience recommend your products to anyone else.

We demand immediate action to rectify this situation and prevent such egregious failures from occurring in the future. Your negligence has cost us dearly, both in terms of finances and reputation, and it's high time you took responsibility for it.

What a fantastic company! Always the cheapest products, all VAT is included in their prices so it's easy to work out costs.
They are always at the end of a text when you need advice, they send personal messages to let you know your package as been dispatched. And they send sweets with your package! Such a winning touch.

Filler Direct are my favourite aesthetic wholesalers ever, I would never choose anyone else. Their customer service is 10/10, if I have a delivery issue, it's fixed within 5 mins.
