Technician in a hurry
Technician, did not wait to be escorted to the filter, rather just barged in. Seemed to be in a hurry. Not sure whether he completed his task as required.

We get a reminder that it is time to change the cylinders and a date is arranged over the phone. The operator has always been punctual and is pleasant. It takes only a short time to make the swap over. Altogether a good experience and reassuring to know our water is safe and pleasant to drink.
