Very good company to deal with, telephone queries answered quickly with sensible answers/solutions. Price of items very good, postage was free and the tap was delivered next day.
My only negatives are the lack of instructions to fit the filter that went with the tap and the poor instruction with the tap itself. In addition, I would suggest most houses would be using 15mm pipe and therefore a suitable connector would be for a 15mm stop tap but the fitting supplied didn’t include 1. There were other connections supplied but I have no idea what they fit.
In summary, good service, good tap, great price but poor instructions.

The customer service of Filter Flair is second to none! I ordered the wrong filter - completely my fault - and they kindly replaced it free of charge. Their subscription service is relibale and their proces are more than fair. They're super responsive on email etc, and I honestly think they are one of the best companies to deal with in any sector. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to reccomend them.

Could not find a 1/4 stopend anywhere and an online search showed these guys had one. Ordered and then noticed collect from store, turns they are a couple of miles away so happy days. Job done.

I used Filter Flair generic cartridge instead of a Pure one that was more expensive. The Filter Flair cartridge fitted perfectly and there have been no issues, leaks etc. Would definitely use again.
