Easy to fit and costs less
Filter arrived in a sensible time frame and was easy to install for way less money than Harveys. What's not to love. Had such a fiasco with Harveys over the installation of our water softener that I'm always going to use anyone else for filters and salt. Keep up the good work guys ❤️

Perfect exchange for Harvey’s screw in water filter at half the price. Time will tell if it’s a good investment depending on the life of the filter, but so far looks excellent value for money, and fitted easily.

Fantastic customer care
Ordered a filter system and the customer service and updates were extremely helpful.
When we came round to installation one, the fourth stage internal filter was broken. I emailed the company and they came back immediately asking for evidence of the broken filter.
Once provided they have arranged for a replacement and also noted my other orders which I had placed that day, which was a nice little touch.
These guys clearly know their products and also care about their reputation and the customer experience.
