I needed a replacement hot/cold mixer tap with the filter tap built in
The original chrome was coming away after 5 years for some reason. The replacement I purchased is of much better quality than I anticipated.

Excellent filter and service
Great service. Tried to review product on site via email link, but it says "token expired" and I can't see another way to add a review, so here's the product review below:
Very pleased with this easy-to-fit four-stage filter. It was a lot heavier and more robust than I was expecting, which is good.
I'm on off-grid water so I put a spindown filter before it to get the larger sediment out, and it's performing well.
One unexpected side-effect was that for the first few days, the water from my pipes was running orangey-brown.
I thought at first that this was the carbon filters washing through, but I checked the tank and the water coming from the filters was crystal clear.
It turns out that the sludge, iron and other stuff which had built up was actually washing from the walls of the old pipework.
Not sure it it was due to the polyphosphate, or the initial microbubbles as the filter settled in, or simply the fact that the clean water was doing its job. But either way, I now have sparkling clean water and pipework.
I teamed it up with a spindown pre-filter just to stop the larger sediment from blocking the 5 micron filter in the BMB-1000, and then a UV under-sink filter to make everything safe.
It's been going a while now and I'm really pleased with it. Thanks!

I placed the order on a Saturday when it said they had stock. I emailed on the following Friday to be told that they were waiting on stock. It took 8 working days from place of order. It said two to three days delivery and I paid the £2.99 and as mentioned it took 8 working days

Simple to order and a good price.
It was easy and quick to order the filters online and a good price. Delivery was 2-3 days but when they hadn’t arrived, I called and they promised next day delivery. Sure enough, the filters arrived next day. So overall a good experience and will use them again.
