This company is untrustworthy promising false terms over the phone while overcharging you past your signup rate. I am still dealing with their ruined credit reporting and non existent customer service. Dealing with #gcasco...has been straightforward and transparent. They have honored my initial signup rate without any hidden fees and their customer support has always been quick to respond.

From start to finish Finance One have been great. Very professional and always there to help. Never an issue. Recommend their service.

Ok i just flawlessly paid 80000 dollars for a 38000 dollar car, thats not the big problem. The big problem to me is, they gave me that loan when i was earning 80k per year. Now im earning 170k per year and they wouldnt loan me 75k for a new car even after paying 80k flawlessly. I was also spoken to like im stupid because both my banks are not compatible with illion their 3rd party company where you upload bank statements. Attempting to get another loan sent my blood pressure that high i needed to see a doctor. Then, i went to another loan place and within 24hrs i had a loan EASILY for 80k. So finance one i would never deal with or recommend.

My loan with finance one was overall really good.
It did start out a bit rocky as the first payment was setup to come out at the wrong time but once that was sorted it was ok.
Repayments where a little steeper than others but not as bad as most of the bad credit places

From the inception of the loan to the completion, Finance One has offered an exceptional experience. Never once had an issue, there were regular emails making sure everything was going smoothly or to advise of updated information relevant to the loan. I would definitely recommend them.

Just paid out my loan after 5 years. Finance One came to the party on a very difficult to finance supercar. Easy original process for approval.

Didn’t even bother to ask me any questions I have vehicle I could use for security I have a friend of 20+ yrs willing to be guarantor nothing just computer saying no can’t help. Everything on their website and reviews here I thought I atleast had a chance for help. But not even spoken to a human. I have some payday loans not sure why that stops them from helping me not like they’re illegal my account is a joint account. Very poor service.

Would not recommend very very high interest plus risk fee at start of loan for example I borrowed $12,000 and total loan was $22,400. Also customer service is rather pore paid out loan then has taken them weeks to update credit file and when I questioned it excuse was oh we can only do it 1 day a month

I have been with finance one for over 6 years never once have i been late or not paid my weekly payments thay were always realy great to me but now wen I needed them the most thay said no twice and for wat reason? cos there isent one even my credit score has gone up so thanks finance one for shitting on me wen I needed help the most great people great company NOT!!! Always reachable within a timely fashion. All the operators I dealt with were polite and courteous and knowledgeable. I am grateful that they gave me the loan that I needed. Was never harassed by them about payments or anything like that. Good organisation to deal with.
