I found Fire Seals Direct online and…
I found Fire Seals Direct online and ordered the product, which was processed and dispatched quickly. Unfortunately, the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, but this was due to the DX delivery driver rather than the company. I contacted Fire Seals Direct immediately by email, and their customer service team responded very quickly and was able to identify where the parcel had been delivered. I was then able to collect it from the address without any issues. The customer service was excellent, being both helpful and responsive. The product itself was of great quality and fitted perfectly.

Massive delivery fail - no product issue.
No issues with the product - but it didn’t arrive! I ordered it premium next working day delivery - should have been Wed 27th May. Needed to pass a license inspection on which a 3 year extension hung in a hostile environment. Inspector delayed until Friday 29th and product arrived on -Sat 30th. After I was told by email it was out for delivery on 28th and then by the helpline that it was coming on 29th. Result? Only 1 year licence granted -due to H and S fail grade because this product wasn’t installed or in the building. ( inspector said if it was there he’d have accepted it.). Re-application cost £1650. To say I’m raging is an understatement. Respect to Richard in the helpline who did what he could. I suggest the company cancels their FedEx contract. Sending it back unopened as I just want nothing to do with them -and a product that meets the same requirements is available for £26. I paid £120 for this one.
