bought some flight case hardware to make a synth case for my dad, great quality and fast dispatch, can't fault it :)
Paid for next day delivery which they failed to do. They did refund me the extra postage but promised me the item would arrive by the following day, finally arrived 3 days after that.

I ordered some Large Flat Corners. I did not need to do the job right away so when the box came I just put it in the shed, at the time I did notice it was very light by I only needed 10 corners so did not expect it to be heavy.
I have just come to do the job, opened the box and it is empty!
Which also brings me to some confusion because the dispatch notice says 40!
I know it is only my word we can go off, but I was just wondering if you could send me the 10 corners I wanted? I am a teacher, I know that does not mean anything 😂 but I am honest.

However, we’ve checked our dispatch records in detail: the order was weighed correctly at the point of packing, the CCTV at our dispatch table shows the correct quantity being packed, and the courier’s handover images confirm the parcel left us intact with no sign of damage.
As your order was received some time ago, before being opened, and all of our checks confirm it was dispatched correctly. We take all reports seriously and always investigate thoroughly, but we can only act where the evidence supports an error on our side.

Purchased a server rack for our offices.
This came in at great price, the service and knowledge were fantastic and delivery was very prompt.
Requested an drawing of the rack for all sizes (needed to make sure it fitted) and these were sent over with no issue and very quickly.
Arrived on a pallet fully wrapped for protection.
The courier delivered it to where we wanted it stored until install.
Great business to deal with.
