Very helpful team and great stereo

I've just upgraded from a steepletone st929 to a steepletone Richmond and the sound is amazing especially with been deaf I need to know can you buy any Bluetooth transmitter for wireless headphones or do you have to buy the one from steepletone I'm well happy so far highly recommend the Richmond well built I did line the st929 due to the flip over stylus but the sound for my hearing was a little low were as the Richmond is amazing for a deaf person x

Purchased as a replacement for my old stacking unit, and was happy to be able to play my old cassette tapes again.
And the unit is very compact and smart looking with good sound

I ordered my Houston system and it arrived the next day. It was well packaged however there was minor damage on the wood effect finish. Steepletone responded very efficiently and replaced the unit immediately. I will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Old hifi system gave up after 33 years. Needed to purchase stereo with turntable and CD player. Bought Houston XP and am very pleased with my purchase. Also has DAB radio and twin cassette player. Wi-Fi speakers excellent, can move them around. Excellent quality and sound. Great English product.

I needed a new music system as my old one decided to give up on me. Steepletone was easy to find and the items looked very good. So, I selected a nice system which was very easy to use and ordered it immediately.
The system is great, good sound and smart looking in our dining room to play our CDs and vinyl.

The first thing that impressed me was the fact that the instructions were in the King’s English and not translated from Chinese. The music centre is compact, not heavy and looks very well in my room. The sound quality is very good considering the speakers are actually incorporated into the unit. There are only a couple of things that have caused me to score less than 5 stars: the turntable at the top of the unit is not completely covered which makes it more liable to attract dust, and the instructions for recording to SD card did not work on mine. However when I phoned the company I was treated with courtesy and the advice given was enough to set up the recording function I wanted. All in all à good experience
