The site was easy to navigate. The satellite dish with quad LNB was competitively priced and arrived quickly.

We bought the brilliant white skin for the SONOS bass. The product is exactly how it's described, is of excellent quality and was relatively easy to apply. However, the reason for not giving the product 5-stars is that the glossy brilliant white is perhaps too white and glossy, especially when compared to the other SONOS products. A matt, less white skin would have been ideal and would have merited the additional star.

I can only rate this company as completely useless. I didn't know what I had bought from them and was asked to rate them, I emailed them to ask what I had bought and they didn't bother to contact me, so to this day I don't know if I bought something from them or if I was scammed and someone else used my details to buy something from them. Had tektica had the decency to respond I would have known, on this bases I would say avoid this company. If they won't respond to something so simple, if you have a problem with them they will probably mess you about to the end

Ordered via ebay using paypal. Transaction was quick and easy.
Satellite cable arrived very quickly and is excellent quality.
(I had to search my old emails to find what I ordered as it was six months ago and link to Trustpilot didn't include details)

I placed a £320 order on the 30th March on a 3 - 5 day delivery. 15 minutes after ordering I called Tektica to ask for a next day delivery. The salesperson informed me this was not possible as the order has already been dispatched, but was informed the material woul be with me for the 02nd April. On the 02nd I called again to say the items had not arrived, and was told it would be the 07th as the the items had not been posted while the 31st March.
It's now the 10th April and nothing has arrived!!
The payment made by credit card has been charged but this shows on my bank statement as a different company selling expensive hand cream. We have reported this to our commercial banking as fraud for them to investigate.
A warning to others, be aware this is an untrustworthy company, that have very poor after sales. Do not deal with them.

Quick delivery, good quality, and very easy to set up but make sure you have USB 3.0

I contacted this company severally for my invoice, but they never sent them to me.

The item (Triax Quad LNB) was well described, the packaging was good, fast delivery. Overall - a very pleasant purchase, thank you.

All delivered as described and I also asked for it to be sent quickly as I needed the items by a certain time and they fulfilled their promise to do so. Deserve 5 stars.

Item worked first time and quick delivery

on the 12th March 2014 I purchased a nail stamping plate from Sabine-Tresor on eBay, from what I remember all went well, I've never left bad feedback and I'm happy with the plate so all is well .. yesterday I received an request to review an item I had bought from Tektica ... until yesterday I have never head of Tektica! so I left a review saying so tbh I'm sick to death of getting review requests from people I don't know ... just recently I receive another email this time from Tektica saying I bought a nail stamping plate from them on the 12th March 2015 ... no I didn't! I bought a nail stamping plate from Sabine-Tresor on the 12 March 2014! ... I only remember this purchase as its one of my favourite plates, I'm not psychic I have no idea that S-T and Tektica are one and the same, I hope you don't end just as frustrated as I have ... report me all you like .. if you don't like the truth don't ask me to review anything .. simples
