Good morning James,
I am so sorry for the frustration regarding your delivery. I saw your email over the weekend and immediately reached out to our courier, DX, to get this resolved. Because of the Bank Holiday Monday, I have only just received their reply.
Looking at the tracking, your order was swiftly dispatched from our warehouse on Friday the 21st (the day after you ordered). DX then attempted delivery on Tuesday the 25th, but unfortunately, they reported that no one was available at the address to receive it.
We are currently liaising with DX to arrange a prompt redelivery for you, and I will be in contact with you directly very shortly with an update. Thank you for your patience.

Hi Michelle,
We’re sorry that your order has not reached you as expected.
FedEx’s proof of delivery shows the parcel was delivered outside your property, tucked behind a plant pot. As you confirmed that the parcel was not there, we immediately raised an investigation with FedEx to verify the delivery location and obtain further information from the driver. Unfortunately, these investigations typically take 2–3 working days to complete.
We completely understand that you needed the mat urgently and advised us that if a replacement could not arrive by Friday, you would prefer a refund. As your mat was made specifically to order, we were unable to guarantee that a replacement could be manufactured and delivered within the short timeframe.
While we were awaiting the outcome of FedEx’s investigation, a chargeback was subsequently opened for the order, which has now affected how the matter can be resolved.
We’re sorry that this has been a frustrating experience. We have been actively working on the issue and communicating while awaiting FedEx’s confirmation, rather than leaving your enquiry unanswered. As soon as we receive the information required from FedEx, we will be able to progress the matter accordingly.

a bespoke entrance hallway mat
I ordered a bespoke entrance hallway mat for an office suite in Mayfair. The order process was pretty good and a chap called Jay helped process the order. Print quality and colours appear to be good. Delivered on time. Whilst it appears good value for money, the black plastic trim looks cheap. I’m not sure why it’s there. It’s not amazing but it is good value and does the job. Happy customer. 😊
