Ordered a feeder rod for my brother's birthday, I left it in the cardboard tube it was delivered in and wrapped it
The day of my brother's birthday arrived with family and friends gathered for his 60th, when he opened the rod the cloth bag its supplied in had a minimum of 13 big rips and holes in it, it was really dirty, the feeder rod tips were missing as well very embarrassing present to give in front of a crowd
After emailing this crap company and never getting a reply I contacted PayPal which was my payment source, this crap company would not respond to them either so PayPal made the decision to refund me otherwise it would have been a complete loss of money and a fishing rod that is no use without the feeder tips
The company obviously doesn't care about its customers as you could plainly see the rod bag was ripped to bits and covered in dirt so why send it in the first place except for the fact they won't give you your money and don't care if you complain as they won't reply yet can spend time on the internet checking their new orders
Do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else or risk losing your money

Habe vor einer Woche für knapp 200€ Bestellt.
Geld wurde von Paypal abgebucht, es gab keine Bestellbestätigung per Mail, auch die Aktivierungsemail für den Account ist nie angekommen. Anrufe bleiben unbeantwortet, auch mehrere Mails an die Deutschen so wie Polnischen E-Mail Adressen bleiben unbeantwortet!

Geld wird nun über Paypal wieder zurückerstattet.

Perfect, alles snel verzonden, door de paasdagen duurde de bezorging wat langer maar dat was te verwachten omdat in Polen alles stilligt.
Netjes een track and trace via Gls.
Voor de zekerheid via Klarna betaald ivm de negatieve reacties hier maar dat was helemaal niet nodig.
Snelle service, veel goedkoper dan hier in Nederland dus ga hier zeker meer bestellen.

Ware ist vollständig angekommen, hat aber 10 Tage gebraucht. Wie einige schon geschrieben habem gab es auch keine Mail mit einer Bestellbestätigung.
Ist definitiv ausbaufähig.

I ordered 5 lures weeks ago, I received yesterday only 2 lures in my parcel. No reply to my emails or messages on their chat. Bad experience! This is a scam, reported to the police and the bank for a refund.

Wollte einen Artikel zurück schicken, da er mir nicht gefiel.
Es lag leider kein Rücksendeschein bei.
Meine Emails wurden nicht beantwortet und am Telefon ging sofort die Mailbox dran.
Bin auf dem Artikel sitzen geblieben.

I ordered a spinning rod at a very reasonable price, I received confirmation emails about the order and delivery, I received the package within 1 week. The packaging was fine, the rod arrived undamaged, there were no problems.

Es fing an das ich keine Mail zu meiner Bestellung erhalten hab.
Auf Nachfrage kam dann die Antwort das die Bestellte Übersetzung bei der Rolle nicht mehr gibt.
...kann passieren und wollte dann einfach mein Geld zurück.
Keine Reaktion mehr auf Mails. Telefon ist die ganze Zeit nur die Mailbox aktiv.

War erst skeptisch wegen der schlechten Bewertungen, kann aber nur Positives berichten. Alles was ich bestellt hatte kam nach nur 3 Tagen auch genau so an. Werde definitiv wieder dort einkaufen

Goeie website! kwam super snel binnen. Kwaliteit is super alleen moelijk met mails geen track&trace maar berdering top. Hier ga ik zeker vaker bestellen

Ik heb kleding besteld maat wist ik al en na een dag werd het op gestuurd van uit Polen
Alles was netjes verpakt en in originele verpakkingen en de prijs was een stuk beter als in Nederland betaald met Klarna .
2 dagen wachten 3 dag kwam het aan helemaal top .

man kann so oft schreiben wie man will, keine antwort also auch kein support! finger weg! bei garantieabsprüchen muss man trotz hochgeladener bilder artikel im wert von 5 € wieder zurücksenden, obwohl diese eindeutig defekt sind (sieht man auf dem bild)! wer also viel zeit hat schrott zurück zu schicken und keinen support will, ist hier genau richtig!

In der Lieferung fehlte ein Artikel. Einen anderen möchte ich zurückgeben.
Leider reagiert der Kundenservice gar nicht. Die Telefonnummer ist unerreichbar und auf E-Mails wird schlicht nicht geantwortet. Ich kann nur dringlich von diesem Geschäft abraten
