This is an update on a order of a rod it's been well over the order time and all I have received are excuses saying they have lost my order number that's when they can be bothered to reply I've asked for a refund and have not received an answer very dissatisfied with this company Steer clear unless you want to be fobbed off with excuses

bestelling gedaan...pakket is verzonden. Echter geen track/tracecode. Geen reaktie gekregen op tweetal e-mail van mijn kant.
Nu vrijdag en niks noppes nada ontvangen; kortom geld weg pakket weg.. Bestel NOOIT bij deze louche website... ervaring rijker maar in mijn ogen pure OPLICHTING!!!!

Avoid at all cost . Twice my parcel was sent to Wales instead of northern ireland. I have tried to contact them many times but get no reply. I've asked for a refund and can't get one .

Watschuhe bestellt, leider zu groß.
Widerruf eingereicht und Artikel zurück geschickt. Verkäufer hat die Rücksendung erhalten und es passiert nichts! Erst nach mehreren Mails und 10 Tage später bekam ich die Antwort, dass die Rückzahlung bis zu 14 Werktagen dauern kann.
PayPal zur Klärung eingeschaltet.

Ordered rod and reel from Polish shop in January. Parcel was sent and tracked then "misplaced" in EVRI depot during transit.
EVRI were useless as were Fishing Dream World, nobody contacted us or replied to emails. There is no phone number for the Polish shop.
Had to get a refund from credit card after nearly 2 months. So disappointed with all this. Avoid using Fishing Dream World.

Ich habe Ware bestellt , auch bekommen aber leider ohne Lieferschein und ohne Rechnung. Die Rechnung habe ich per Mail angefordert und nach einigen Tagen erhalten. Die Mail kam aus Polen. Die Ware habe ich mit Widerruf wieder zurückgeschickt mit Bitte um Rückzahlung des Kaufbetrages weil sie nicht meinem Ansprüchen entsprach.
Die Firma antwortet anschließend auf keine Mail und telefonisch ist auch niemand zu erreichen.
Ich habe mein Geld erst über einen eröffneten Fall bei paypal von paypal zurück erhalten. Ein Disaster.

Ich würde dort nie wieder einkaufen. Es kam zwar ein Paket von ihnen an - es fehlten aber Artikel. Und egal, wie ich versuche, Kontakt zu der Firma aufzunehmen - nichts klappt. Bei den hinterlegten Nummern geht sofort die Mailbox ran und wenn ich Mails schicke, kommt keine richtige Antwort zurück. Auf Fragen etc. wird in den Mails garnicht eingegangen. Auf dem Geld für die fehlenden Produkte bleibt ich wohl sitzen...

Derde bestelling bij dit bedrijf en altijd probleemloos.
Bestellingen zijn compleet snel en goedkoop.
Verzending via GLS voor nog geen 5 euro en tracking.
Prima ervaring. Kunstaas is een stuk goedkoper dan in Nederland.

Ordered a Fishing Rod that isn't easy to find in the UK and came across these guys. I saw their Warehouse, Fishing Dream World was addressed in West Bromwich UK local to me and bought one. Unfortunately it did not ship from the UK it was shipped from Poland and it obviously took some time for delivery but I can say the service and product was perfect! Tracking information was provided and customer service responded when required, many thanks!

Just discovered this company is registered in Poland. This would account for extremely poor Customer service. Just to be very clear they are not based in the UK.

So far so good customer service has been great and prompt will definitley use again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The same situation. Order cancelled, no email or SMS responses. Order was placed at 07.01.2025.
Update: The money is returned.
May be this shop is real, but communication is very poor.

Ordered rods on 8th january. Paid them same day via bank transaction. Since then no change in order and no answers to my emails. Today (21st january) i got notification that order was cancelled. Now starts battle to get my money back. Extremly poor customer service, they dont answer to you emails, and seems like a scam but they actualy are ligtimate fishing tackle shop, but very poor one. Do not buy from them!!

Returned a broken rod under warranty for a refund (They had no replacement). After 14 weeks and numerous Emails l have still not received my refund. Really not worth the risk, do not buy from !!!

No contact,tried to contact them but there is no response....even after several mails no contact...it seems that they do not want to sell...
Try to answer the questions from potential customers ! Thats my advice
Now i placed my order elsewere....

Slechte ervaring, reageert niet op mails en zeer trage levering.
Haalt artikelen uit buitenland en deze nemen het niet zo nauw.
Zal hier nooit meer iets bestellen.

Good prices but very poor customer service.
Sent three emails about my order and got no replies. Delivery slow as 2 weeks from order and was on 48 hr tracked.
