Leider reagiert der Kundenservice gar nicht. Die Telefonnummer ist unerreichbar und auf E-Mails wird schlicht nicht geantwortet. Ich kann nur dringlich von diesem Geschäft abraten

I purchased a moderately expensive (£100) reel from this company after finding them online whilst comparing prices in order to get a good deal. These were the cheapest around.
It wasn’t until after placing the order, I read several negative reviews and thought I may have made a big mistake!
No need to worry though, the reel was delivered today by tracked Royal Mail.
Well done Fishing Dream World.

Took a substantial amount via paypal for a bait boat and then cancelled my order after receiving payment saying "The do not post to the UK".
Address on web site is west bromwich. They are in poland!!!!!

Bought a rod from them, it arrived and broke under normal fishing, they acknowledged receipt of the rod that was 3 months ago and many emails player they haven't even replied. Shocking service avoid.

I ordered Mepps spinners, good price and fast delivery. Packaging was also good. Satisfied!

Hengel besteld niet op voorraad. Toen de order geannuleerd. Tot daar een antwoord terug gekregen. Toen het over een terugbetaling ging kreeg ik geen antwoord meer en kwam mijn mail niet meer aan. Gelukkig heb ik de order via creditcard besteld en ga ze direct inschakelen om het betaalde bedrag terug te vorderen.

I live in Germany and I ordered a really large amount of lures (~170€) from this website and I just received the package within days after the purchase! They were super fast, the lures are perfect, I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied! I will tell all my fishing buddies about this website as the prices, especially for the SpinMad lures which are made in Poland where this company comes from, are WAAAAAY cheaper than in Germany. Keep up the great work!

I purchased two fishing rods from Fishing Dream World – one in August 2024, and the second in March 2025. Both rods broke under normal fishing use.

I submitted a formal warranty claim on 24 June 2025 and followed up several times by email and phone. After some delay, I was asked to send the rods back, which I did. They were delivered to the company on 10 July 2025.

However, as of today, the company still hasn’t made a decision or issued a refund. They only informed me that the rods were sent to a service center, but did not provide any official resolution within the 14-day legal deadline.

Under EU law, sellers are required to process warranty claims within 14 calendar days of receiving the complaint — not when the items arrive or are inspected.

Unfortunately, this company seems to ignore that legal obligation, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. I hope they take responsibility, but other customers should be cautious.

Vorsicht! Euer Geld ist weg
Nach Bestellung per vorabüberweisung wurde behauptet es sei kein Geld angekommen.
Auch nach Screenshot der Überweisung, geleugnet. Plötzlich wurde Bestellung storniert.
Auf Nachfragen nur freche Antworten auf Polnisch. Lasst die Finger davon!

Great price, had to wait a while for delivery but great communication with Monika, rod arrived today as ordered.

They are based in Poland.
No tacking info, just emails saying paid for and dispatched.
Reel ordered 25th May, arrived 13th June
The price was very good

Ordered from them then saw there trust pilot and saw all the bad reviews tried to cancel and haven’t heard back

DO NOT ORDER, the prices will make you order as they did for me, do not expect a response from your emails as they are few and far between. It took weeks for the order to even be processed. Then the delivery company they use is Evri… do I need to say anymore. Long story short, it’s taken approx 7 weeks in total and PayPal have just refunded me my money.
Save yourself a lot of hassle and emails and order from elsewhere

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. No response from their customer service. They are NOT based in the UK. Orderer a rod from them. Took 4 weeks to arrive. But, they hadn't paid enough postage. I had to pay Royal Mail an extra £12, before they would deliver it. Worse purchasing experience ever. Be warned, buy elsewhere !!!!. ps tried to get them to cancel my order.. with no reply. AND they don't have any contact numbers !!!!

Erfahrung 1 vor über einem Jahr: Reklamationen sind praktisch nicht möglich. Entweder man wird ignoriert oder soll irgendwelche Dinge zur Prüfung zurücksenden, die verbaut wurden.
Erfahrung 2 aktuell: Bestellung war einfach nicht möglich. Die Seite loggt im Bezahlvorgang aus, Paypal wird zwischenzeitlich nicht mehr angeboten, Der Warenkorb ist weg, die Bestellung wird storniert usw. Im zweiten Versuch ist die Bestellung komplett verschwunden.
Das ist die Ersparnis von ein paar Euros nicht wert

Niks bij bestellen!
Ik heb bijna een maand geleden een bestelling geplaatst, maar tot op heden niks binnen gekregen.
Bedrijf zit niet eens in Nederland, zijn een stel oplichters uit Polen.
fishingdreamworld is een smerige ballentent, wees gewaarschuwd!

This is an update on a order of a rod it's been well over the order time and all I have received are excuses saying they have lost my order number that's when they can be bothered to reply I've asked for a refund and have not received an answer very dissatisfied with this company Steer clear unless you want to be fobbed off with excuses

bestelling gedaan...pakket is verzonden. Echter geen track/tracecode. Geen reaktie gekregen op tweetal e-mail van mijn kant.
Nu vrijdag en niks noppes nada ontvangen; kortom geld weg pakket weg.. Bestel NOOIT bij deze louche website... ervaring rijker maar in mijn ogen pure OPLICHTING!!!!

Avoid at all cost . Twice my parcel was sent to Wales instead of northern ireland. I have tried to contact them many times but get no reply. I've asked for a refund and can't get one .
