Am just getting started in the program but the staff at FFP have been very informative, attentive, and seem to genuinely care about the customer.

The program works! Everything is streamlined and smooth running.

I started your program before Covid and let me say it was the best program I’ve ever done. First week I lost 5lb. I started at 184lb with 28% body fat end of 3rd month I was 162 lb/17% body fat. Then Covid happened all went down hill. Would love to sign up again but not able to afford the program. I strongly recommend this program.

I need some assistance. I signed up back in late-Oct after the promo with MFY. It wasn’t more that 10 days in I became ill with pneumonia. Next came unexpected complications from pneumonia. I sent out a request to the coaches e-mail asking how can I restart from Day 1? I haven’t seen a response yet, but maybe one got passed my junk mail searches etc. I’m not asking for any type of financial restart, I just want to get back on track with Day 1 e-mail and advice. I’m not cleared to be back in full workout mode until January 1st. Doing cardio and working on the nutritional pieces now. If I could get some type of response back that’s what I’m needing now.

Fit Father Project (FFP) has been a transformational experience for me since I joined in early 2023!!

FFP staff are all amazing people - which I saw this early on when I first joined and had questions I needed assistance with - To the point where I was lucky enough to meet them in person at an FFP event in October - which at that point it went to an even higher level!!

Bottomline is I Highly Recommend this program and don't overthink it just join and try it out!! I'm so pumped to eventually get to the version of myself with the FFP program at the core of this transformation!!
