I started my Fit Father journey at the beginning of July. My starting weight was 182 pounds. My current weight is 149 pounds. I’ve been pleased with program. I’ve done a good job following the meal plan, but I haven’t done the exercise portion at all. I do walk at least 4 miles a day. Dr. A says 80% of weight loss is nutrition. With this program it is true. If you follow the meal plan you will lose weight.

Fit father project changed my life and my families life. I owe them much more than the price of the program. These guys perform miracles.

I think the program is just awesome. The blueprint is ideal to follow, keeps you from hurting yourself, and you will progress if you kerp at it. Being accountable to the program and your goals keeps you disciplined. I have lost 17 lbs with 5 more to go to reach my goal. And I have been pretty sick twice which caused me to lose 1 month of the four months since I started. I highly recommend if your serious about your goals.
