Definitely a scam company - DO NOT USE.

Placed an order, had order confirmation email, they took payment, then nothing for 2 weeks.

Chased them for an update - said there was a problem with delivery and would I like it to redelivered. It never came, now they don't respond to my enquiries. Had to request a chargeback from my bank.

Pretty sure the 5 star reviews on here are fake too.

AVOID.

I ordered an expensive eliptical cross trainer and was quoted max 5day delivery 26/08. I have tried to contact several times. Land line and mobile also email with either no reply or cannot get through. I tried the live chat but twice said Thursday a week ago. Still nothing. I will update this review in 2 days . I have been in constant contact with them being promised every time to get my money back but nothing happens. I have now got my bank dept collection in process. I have tried again by phone and email with no reply so as per there reply how can I get in touch direct?
As the company asked me to get in touch direct. How, they dont answer the phone or reply to emails.
Got my bank involved (Barclays) and they got my money back.
In advice if you speak to them via there online system save the transcription. I did this to provide info to the bank.
I shouldn't be saying all this but this is the worst company I have delt with

Bought a cardio machine, and the whole experience was seamless! Shipping was fast, and the machine arrived securely packaged. Assembly was easy, and it works like a dream. I'm already seeing great results after just a few weeks of use. Couldn't ask for better service or equipment. Highly recommend!

There was a delay with my order of adjustable dumbbells, but the excellent customer service made up for it. They apologized for the inconvenience and even upgraded my shipping for free. The dumbbells are great quality and very durable. Happy with my purchase in the end.

Do not buy from this company .. goods do not arrive and cannot get any response from them phone or email .. I’ve had to try and get my money back from my card company .. you have been warned

My experience is similar to others ordered a multi gym and received an email to say it was being dispatched on 2nd sept and would be delivered on 3rd. On 3rd I chased them up and spoke to Danielle on their live chat who said It would be delivered on Thursday 5th. Of course it never arrived and on Friday 6th Danielle said that the courier was on strike and had returned all their items - luckily I paid on a credit card as the promised refund hasn’t materialised - avoid this company

I ordered a set of exercise bikes, and though there was a slight delay in delivery, the team at customer service was fantastic in keeping me informed. When the bikes finally arrived, the quality was outstanding, just as I hoped. Great products are friendling service. I'll definitely shop here again!
